I love that your videos aren't overproduced. Showing it like it is for a working vet. Don't change!! Except for the wind noise. 🤣🤣Does it ever stop blowing in Australia?
I NEVER get tired of your videos. When I can’t sleep at night (Iraq issues), I put on a couple RU-vid videos and relax. Keep up the good work. Very Respectfully LTColonel
That poor cow. Dont generally wince on these but....wow. never thought calving could be that much like those matryoshka nesting dolls!! Well done, you two! Three, counting momma!
Great vids - I found this channel yesterday - god bless the algorithm 😂. Investing in a wind muff for the mike should cut down a lot on the wind noise. I actually had to mute it 😢. but watched in silence .
Geez mate, you guys would kick ass on a tug of war team!!! 😮👊 What is the reason for huge calves Enoch? Sire? to much feed, or mums genetics ? And if she has a huge calf and needs assistance in calving, does that mean she will always carry bigger calves? Also a dead cat microphone cover would help with the wind noise in your video 😊
Incredible! That calf was hyooge! Not that you're worried about it...but I think there's a little bit of poop on the side of your nose, Enoch. Small price to pay for the miracle of life, though!
Great job team!!! However.... that crush is bloody useless for calving. The cow can't help by opening her hind legs to arch and push. That's why you had to do all the work!! Cheers Knockers mate 👍. Ausgranny 🇦🇺🇦🇺🤶🐄🐂 ps. Was hoping to see you eat your hat!! Hahahahahahahahahaha ❤
carry some duct tape , tape the camera to the bill of your cap . lol or get a go pro chest harness , that would be cool too, also a noise cancelling lapel microphone, would help tremendously.
He does some epidurals in some other videos mostly for prolapse uterus and anus to stop them from pushing it back out while he’s putting it back in place. But I think they don’t do them for births cause they want mama pushing to help them?
@Rachel-qn4fs yeah, I've watched them being used for prolapse issues and c sections for birthing, but I don't think I've ever watched an epidural assisted vaginal birth. I thought the same about needing the mother contractions. I wondered if there were other reasons... maybe from the medical point of view. Thanks for answering!🙂
Howdy Lee, yep Rachel is on to it. We use epidurals for deliveries if we need to correct malpresentations, but if the calf is coming the right way, then we want the mothers help (which is why we try to pull when she pushes). Cool, good question!
How does all this intense pulling on the calf's legs not pull his legs out of socket? I have wondered that for a few videos now. Cause that would really injure a human infant. Haha.
