I went to an automatic touch-free car wash and chose platinum service which means it will clean the chassis. I came out and realized after that both my CV axle boots were damaged. Now I am not sure if the car wash pressure did it or if was it there to begin with. Only reason I know is I heard the clicking sound when turning right after coming out of car wash and checked for the first time. For the car experts I have few questions. is there a way to tell if they both were damaged a long time ago or at the car wash. Maybe by the color of grease? Also, will it start clicking right away or after a long time of boot being damaged.
This place needs to own up to the mistake. The tire brush needs to be checked. Every single day they need to also watch the employees entering each code. Receipt should be printed every single time and checked for clarity twice that is inexcusable and the way the person said we are not giving any statements to you people I wanna speak to her because that is just plain rude I don’t know what they are afraid of but now they are gonna be screwed.
I just went through a white waters car wash I've been a monthly buyer for 2 years and well the last time I went my door key pad on my driver door was ripped off and they refused to pay for it 😢
