I almost cried when you described that this is the start of your journey - it's so touching and also you've already been through so much. I can't wait for the mentsuyu! We started buying it after watching your videos and we use it often (even in stir-fries 😅) Here in Canada we have central water heaters, but I have family in Hong Kong, and there, there is a switch outside the washrooms and the kitchen to turn on the gas water heater when you need to use it. Like the kimonoko featured in your video, I found you through Paolo too! I hope I can meet you at the Kimono Mom store in the future!
