OLD SCHOOL FRIED PORK CHOPS
THESE ARE SO SO GOOD AND EASY TO MAKE
RECIPE:
3 cups all purpose flour/bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs cracked
2 cups buttermilk
its nothing like fried pork chops
season pork chops with salt and pepper
place in flour,then eggs/ buttermilk mixture and then flour or bread crumbs
fry in oil until golden brown
OLD SCHOOL homemade biscuits
Biscuit recipe
2 cup all purpose flour
6 tablespoons cold butter
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Mix all dry ingredients together
Cut butter into cubes and add slowly into incorporate into dry ingredients
Add buttermilk and stir just enough to mix ( don't over mix. You will get a tough biscuit)
Pour out on flour board and fold over 3 times and pat flat
Cut out and place on greased sheet pan
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
OLD SCHOOL WHITE CREAM SAUSAGE SKILLET GRAVY
2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 pan sausage
1/3 cup chopped onions
Cook sausage and onions together in skillet add flour and mix together
Ad milk in skillet until simmering and cook 5 minutes until thickened
Add salt and pepper
