My leg day has remained unchanged for 3 years which looks like 1. Squats 4 sets medium weight for 10-12 reps 2. Romanian deadlift 3 sets with a moderate weight for 12-15 weights and a pause at bottom 3.Leg press heavy for 2 sets 8-10 Or Reverse lunges for 2 sets 12-15 Superset Leg extension and hamstring curls for 4 sets 15-20 reps 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Last calf raises either seated or standing whatevers moods for 2 sets till failure
Question: when doing lunges, how long the forward leg should go? Forward foot should be placed in front of the knee ? Or directly below knee? Or behind the knee ?
