i dont mean to be so off topic but does anybody know a way to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost my login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Sebastian Zechariah i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and im in the hacking process now. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
Love y'all bro I never seen nobody work as hard as y'all and it shows I'm 45 years old I work hard everyday in the gym hard work pays off I work everybody I know everywhere Strong Survive let's go
Gotta love the comment section. Buncha kids who have been lifting less years than these two have been pros, telling them they are doing it wrong 🤦♂️ not to mention the so clever “steroids” comments. This generation fucking sucks...and when I walk in the gym lately and look around, it shows.
I agree as well. Their form makes me cringe (makes my joints hurts watching), but I can’t look away because I admire their intensity and their results. 👍🏻
I’m all about high intensity. High volume. Consistency. Proper diet. But heavy weight? Nahhh. I value my body. And want to be in one piece and be limber and strong when I’m older. Ronny Colman prime example of what lifting heavy does. Look at jay cutler. He never did insane heavy training. And he was one of the best. And guess what. Dude still looks amazing. And he’s healthy.
Bacon Grease honestly it’s not just heavy lifting but the amount of heavy lifting you do a week is what tare your body down so I suggest lifting heavy twice out of the week then the other days go light and high volume with cardio and the roids killed Ronnie the most out of anything
Very hard to train this way as a natural bodybuilder. I can go this intense maybe every 3rd workout... but my progress stops if I train this way all the time
Shoot man you can't say Larry is soft. Check out the man's PRs. You guys work super hard but I don't think y'all have half of Larry's PRs. But outside of him and guys like him, yes most people I encounter in the gym train like pussies. They stay at or below half of their one rep maxes. They take too long of breaks. Always pumping up and take 15 minutes worth of pictures. I train extremely hard but because I don't have the money to eat a lot more, my weight hasn't caught up to my strength yet. I have a 325lb Max on bench. 345lb Max on squat and 445lb max deadlift. After working out in prison for 2 1/2 years straight I came home May 2016 and took off just about 3 years and just started back up again October of 2019. So as of late February, those are my PRs. If I was eating better, I would be so much more stronger. But I'm getting there. I'm not in this category of pussy builders lol
The video forgot the part where the steroid used was hard too. That is the main reason why they went hard - they could recover faster and they could push more weight
I see people like Nick Walker still getting bigger doing slow and controlled full range You guys are big and shit but I don’t see the same muscle development regardless of the class I know you guys hear it all the time about the range of motion but damn guys 🤷🏽♂️🤨🙌
I thought leg extensions were a thing of the past. Research shows it puts unnecessary strain on the knee joint itself. there are other exercises like squats or lunges, for hamstring growth.
To each his own but I never did understand what the point of getting as big as you can if you ain’t tryna get AS STRONG AS YOU CAN simultaneously go heavy or go home .... with the exception of deload week of course 😂😂
It's true, I see it all the time, people on their phones for 10-20 minutes then doing a couple of sets and then they leave. I've even seen it a few times when they pick up a few weights, lay them next to their feet. They are then on their phone for 30 minutes and then leave without using the weights and don't even put them back. What a waste of money and time.
There are a ton other bodybuilders who have achieved great results without this "balls to the wall", "heavy & hard" approach, which in turn, unfortunately proves the advocates of this approach wrong.
It's nothin good bout being oldschool stuff..........u train heavy...u train insane & u end up in surgeries.........RONNIE is surviving coz he has money, wot about common people?????
