i think what sets in-n-out apart from the rest of the burger joints is .... first of all they get deliveries to every single store every other day by their own in house drivers , fresh meat from their own butcher in baldwin park , the cows come from a free range organic ranch theyve been working with for decades in nor calif. . fresh potatoes chopped daily to order. amazing buns . awesome employees that treat everybody with respect . its always extremely clean . the stores are maintained by their own in house carpenters , plumbers and painters nightly. they donate to many charities. they pay their employees well. i can go on for days. long story short , they are good people doing good things.
My go-to meal from In-N-Out is always 3 hamburgers, no onions (they give me too much acid reflux), mustard fried/grilled w/pickles and extra spread w/a large vanilla milk shake. It hits the spot, it does! I would add the Habit as one of my fav burgers as well
HEY ATW...THERES JUST SOMETHING ABOUT the taste of an IN-N-OUT burger that's so classically California! No matter how you try, you can't duplicate the taste on a homemade hamburger or find it at any other establishment. You taught me about "Animal Style" fries! YOW! So delicious! This channel is the only place I've heard references to "It's a mad, mad, mad, mad world!" My dad showed me that movie when I was 5. Such a classic. Have you ever done a shooting location vlog on that movie? So many comedians made cameos. Even the "Three Stooges" were in it for a just a moment! i've only ever been to CA once and it was to anaheim /disneyland and the riots in 1992 lol but bcz of the tv show the OC i have a bad feeling about the place bcz of the show not the riots, earthquakes and aftershocks that happened for the 4 days i was out there. oh and there was a plane crash out there just before i got on the plane here in my state. just a great trip all around oh and the fires caused by the rioters. couldn't see much bcz of those and so i decided id watch some local tv see whats up but other than the news there was only one program on and it was the Talladega 500 from my home state and in my own county hahahahaha so nothing on tv either! ok just had to share that.

I'm sorry Dylan but We just got a Shake Shack here in Oregon and i was so excited to try it. And it was so disappointing. Did not enjoy at all. Now I love In And Out. You guys make me want to drive an hour to go get one. I'm so happy they are here in Oregon now. Hopefully they will get one here in Beaverton shortly. They are trying.

Adam in 1972 we moved to Santa Ana our rental was on property on Bristol Street we had to move because they tore the house down to put the In and out there, wow there was always traffic in the street so I can see why they changed it for safety reasons. We moved a few blocks away but I grew up eating many a burger there! ☺️
Fun video, Adam. While I enjoy an occasional In-N-Out burger - I live in California - I would definitely say I am not a huge fan like those that go on a crusade to get one when they arrive here.
According to California law they can tear down the entire building and leave up just one of the original walls and it’s considered a remodel. A remodel requires less fees and permits.
@@ellemarks14 4x4 is the maximum as of 2006. Time constraints and food safety issues are a couple reasons. A 100x100 was once ordered in Las Vegas and some of the meat was undercooked.

I took my mom to a doctor's appointment in that area and stopped there. Walked up to order and was surprised you have to cross the drive thru exit to get to the window. Didn't seem like the safest lol
I was in line at IKEA yesterday in Michigan & the person in front of me had an In-N-Out t-shirt on. It made me sad knowing that we will never get one here.😢. It also really made me crave a 3x3 protein style.
@@cindythecatwoman1601 appreciate that, we’re not big fans of hers either but it’s okay, we have some really promising candidates who will do a much better job of replacing her. She’d have been recalled if the Sec of State hadn’t invalidated just enough of the signatures to stop the effort. It’s really hard to get enough people to sign a petition when there were so many restrictions on gathering in place (unless of course you were her or her family, in which case she happily flouted her own mandates). It’s almost as if it were by design.

The problem with Animal Style Fries is they get cold quickly (Like Nachos) As Adam talks and talks and gets distracted by wildlife his fries are getting colder.
Fun fact: The In-N-Out in my city (Elk Grove, CA) does NOT have the X Pam Trees. They did about 20 years ago, but there were some safety concerns and were immediately removed...never to be seen again.
I miss In N Out. Used to go to one near where I lived in Phoenix. It's definately in my top three of Burger establishments. You should also try Smashburger, not sure if they are in SoCal, but are all over Arizona and you build your burger from scratch.
I just went to In n Out on Sunday. It was uncrowded for July 4th. I prefer the restaurants with indoor seating. Much cooler with a/c. I ordered animal style once. It was just too much condiments.
