Am I the only one who noticed that whenever Liv was in the courtroom at the same time as Barba, Barba always looked at her at least once?

After the SVU season 23 finale, as much as I have always wanted Liv with Stabler, that "unconditionally love" comment Barba made challenging Liv's ability to forgive Elliot but NOT him... Season 24, Barba needs to return so WE can get Barba & Benson!! She needs someone reliable, honest, loving, & most importantly, CONSISTENT!! Now I realize that's Barba, not Stabler😒☕

Liv was so ready for him to say let’s give this a shot. The disappointment on her face when he says I’ve got to move on is real. Loved the potential of them as a couple.

The scene where he says I have to move on and kissed her for head literally made me cry

My favorite partwas Benson answering, "Squabbling with you." Lol.

I am so sad they never got anything more romantic. I know people say they relationship is platonic, but when a guy kiss you on your forehead, it never really is. I hope they will have their chance now, when Barba is going to be back

He was such a healing presence after Stabler left, although I loved E&O. Everyone should have a Barba in their life😅

I’ll admit, I cried my eyes out when Barba left; I held my breath thinking and hoping he’d tell Olivia that he loves her but pulling the plug on the baby and trial took its toll.

I actually think I ship these two more than liv/Stabler. Why because 1. he told he had to go before walking away 2. he told her how she changed him 3. They still stay in contact 4. He got pissed about Tucker 5. And how they could handle stuff together and were level headed people who could talk about anything and be vulnerable with each other. I still hope they end up together cause like his mom said your the one who drive him nuts sometimes....😆 plus I think they would make a cute family.

I absolutely love this so much. I know my friends are gonna kill we but Benson and Barbra trumps Elliot and Olivia. Don’t get me wrong cause they were my everything for the first 12 season but things change they both moved on a grew up. So Barbra was a nice change and they were perfect together and now Elliott’s back I have mixed feelings cause my old self would kill for them to be endgame but mature me just don’t see them together in a healthy relationship after 10 years and especially after Kathy had to died for that to happen but I super excited to see what will come of there relationship. I hope Barbra comes back but he will forever live on in my imagination

I've shipped Bensler from the very beginning of the show but their love was one sided at least in Liv's case she was madly in love with El and it often blinded her from being able to grow as a person it wasn't until El when she really achieved that goal she thought and still thinks he can do no wrong El is only now starting to feel the same way and it makes me think as much I as ship them with all my being and want them together El might be too late Barson's love is different it's less one sided there's a friendship element involved and truth even if it hurts Barba told Liv the truth about how she feels when it's comes to El she's grown alot more over time with Barba than in her time with El Barba thinks the world of Liv and he accepts he can never be compared to El but he still loves her regardless see my problem 😍😍

You know what? I haven’t really been a believer in Barson. I still believe he’s in love with her but she’ll never be in love with him. But I was rewatching episodes and noticed on an episode where Rollins and Nick were yelling at each other, Rollins mentions that Nick is jealous of other people’s relationships. One of those relationships was “Olivia and Barba”. I think they hinted that they were really close but I think they tried writing Barba with others in the past. He’s been flirty and others have been flirty with him. Minona Efron and Rita Calhoun have flirted with him in the past and he’s honestly been flirty with them. Or could just be how Raul played his sassiness. Either way, I don’t think Barba will ever be written with Benson.
