I doubt these guys could hold the weight for one second in any part of any rep. They work hard but is this what we call training intensity????????????!!!!!!!!
Use more weight guys! Then you can just do static training! Why bother doing quarter reps when you can just hold weights? Or even better - just watch weights! Stack a million pounds in a parking lot pile and just watch it for two hours straight! Perhaps touch it gently at some point, yeah that would be REALLY strong!

Yes they are Olympia contenders, or pretenders, whichever way you want to look at it. But you can't tell me that stricter reps aren't safer and better. Forget the ego lifting, and train safer and smarter, it has to take you further. plus, genetics and drugs go a long way.
Funny how people go on about their form being shit. It isn't conventional form at all. However they are fucking massive and have some of the best shapes in bodybuilding. They train that way because it works for them which people can clearly see
