Anda lihat teman-teman lagi menikmati island life, merekam temaram jingga matahari terbenam, menikmati hidangan spesial di restoran yang lagi naik daun. Semakin Anda telusuri postingan demi postingan yang terlihat menyenangkan ini, kegelisahan Anda pun terus bertambah.
Emosi ini sulit dijelaskan namun rasanya seperti campuran antara rasa dikucilkan, benci diri dan iri hati - perasaan aneh yang semakin umum di kalangan pengguna media sosial.
Fenomena psikologi ini adalah FOMO, fear of missing out.
