my Ariens stopped self-propelling after bouncing over a big tree root. Usually I can adjust the drive cable and get the drive wheel to engage the disk. However, this time now matter how much I adjust the drive cable I can't get the drive wheel to engage the disk. Any ideas???? Cable stretched, something else jarred loose? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a aeries push mower (911016) that wasn’t used for a few years. The rear wheels are frozen and won’t free roll forward or backward. The self propelled feature is not working either. The wear ring is cracked and needs to be replaced but I’m not sure where to begin. The motor runs very well and everything else seems intact. Any help you can offer on my next steps would be much appreciated.

is i easy to remove the the second sprocket? My rear wheels get hard to turn once in a while, and I NEVER use the self propelled option. In fact, i just removed the belt.

Hi john , ive got a airens 21 the same as the one in the vid , thanks to this vid I got to grips with some of the workings of the transmission and the drive wheel etc , what evading my understanding is the reverse engineered cogged wheel , can you talk me through how the outside turns one way and the centre turns the other way , how does this work ? On my mower it just means i cant pull it backwards Thanks Marv

kinda funny i have kinda the mower except its one of the ones that they painted blue and branded as mack (yes the same mack as in mack trucks) and i think mine is the more heavy duty commercial use model

I’d love to know what you believe makes the difference between a home owner mower and a mower that suits full time use. This Ariana or Gravely 21 is sold as being “commercial” but clearly you wouldn’t agree with that. Thanks for making your videos.

it's kinda hard to pay attention to each step of the repair when we can't actually hear what y'all are saying as y'all are going through the process of fixing it because you chose to do a voiceover talking about random stuff part of the time.

Doing voiceovers on how to videos isn't as good as how to videos with original audio. Just saying
