[ON THE TRACK] First Day Back Since Lockdown 

In South Africa the Corona Virus Pandemic is still getting worse but life is slowly getting back to normal again. And so for the Olympic athletes. The track opened up on Monday 22nd June after 3 months of being closed.
I felt like I wanted to let you see my first track workout...
