SURRENDER SESSIONS (for Alpha brainwave states):
General anxiety - • Guided Meditation For ...
Health anxiety - • Guided Meditation For ...
Anxiety identity - • Guided Meditation For ...
Your brain produces 5 types of brain waves, which are electrical impulses between neurons that communicate actions, emotions, and ideas: Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma and Theta.
The two brainwaves we want to focus on today are Alpha and Beta. Alpha is associated with mediation and a sense of calm and peacefulness whereas Beta, in high frequencies, causes agitation and anxiousness.
Alpha brainwaves lead to a feeling of being in a flow state, eases anxiousness, lowers your feeling of low mood, boosts creativity, increases pain tolerance, and boosts resilience to stress.
OUR GOAL: Increase Alpha brain wave states as often as possible throughout the day.
Ways to do this:
Music - Relaxation music for anxiety.
Supplements: L-theanine significantly increases activity in the alpha frequency band which indicates that it relaxes the mind without inducing drowsiness.
Humming: Humming also stimulates the vagus nerve which plays a key role in activating your rest and digest state. 3 seconds inhale through the nose followed by a 7 second hum.
Daydreaming - With your eyes open or closed without forcing, simply allow your thoughts to wander through the good and the bad without attachment.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds through YAHSHUA Philippians 4:6‭-‬7 A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. One of the common ways I'm seeing people are getting themselves emotionally stuck right now is overly fixating on the idea of right and wrong. We all have very strong moral and ethical ideas about right and wrong, but we sometimes apply this idea to too many situations in our life where it's just not applicable.

I’ve been battling anxiety for years now. But, the past month I lost my father in law and it was really hard on me and our family. Especially with my GAD, social anxiety and other stresses. Now that is been a couple weeks after the funeral and trying to get back to normal routines. It took a while for me to even come down from the anxiety. I couldn’t eat or sleep or sit down and relax. But, since I’ve had a couple good days. But, the days where I stress over work or get anxious about other things. I can’t handle it. I can’t handle anything. Today was one those days. Today was so bad with the acid reflux, GERD, heart palpitations, anxiety, stress. Living like this is heartbreaking and difficult. I feel for all of you who experience anxiety. May all of us heal and thank you for making videos like these to help all of us.

Re-cap from today's RU-vid video on the importance of tapping into an Alpha brainwave state often throughout the day. Ways to tap into this regularly: 1. Listening to artists that promote peace, love, and of course an alpha brainwave state. Ajeet is one such beautiful example: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-X6DYDxEhbrk.html 2. Supplements: L-theanine significantly increases activity in the alpha frequency band which indicates that it relaxes the mind without inducing drowsiness. 3. Humming: Humming also stimulates the vagus nerve which plays a key role in activating your rest and digest state. 3 seconds inhale through the nose followed by a 7 second hum is an excellent regular practice. 4. Daydreaming - With your eyes open or closed without forcing, simply allow your thoughts and mental imagery to wander. In naturist environments this can be done more easily and positively. 5. Surrender Sessions. Letting go of floating ideas, bodily screams, and the need to get the next thing on the to do list done as soon as possible. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6arfMc9Aj4k.htmlsi=hCZV9psHrmlS5TG5 Please share with anyone going through a challenging anxious time. Great suggestions! I follow much of what you mentioned. I take a few supplements, along with diet change, that put my mind in a more relaxed place. Music is important too. My go-to (and has been since my teens) is Pink Floyd. I can feel an instant change in my physical and emotional being once the music starts. I do surrender at times, just letting events carry me and trusting that I will end up in a good place. Thank you!

Thank you so much for the work you put into these videos. I finally began meditating properly 1 day before finding your videos and I tried a surrender session earlier today and it took the meditation further than I expected. I have felt completely and utterly relaxed all afternoon and plan to do the surrender sessions more in the future. I have a couple of questions about the surrender sessions: Is it fine to do every day? More specifically, will it lose its efficacy if I do it every day? Also how do you spell the name of the music you suggested? I couldn't find the word anywhere in the description. Thank you again. I suffered from Panic Disorder and have been a hypochondriac and I finally reached a point in my life at 32 years old where I told myself I'm done with feeling anxious and on edge all the time. I've been sleeping on time each night, meditating each day, juggling to help my brain and eating good food to fuel my daily exercise. I want to go further down this road and never let it go and I'm going to. Thank you :)

I have a question, I most definitely am struggling with anxiety and also taking your anxiety course. There is one particular symptom that is driving my anxiety for sure or perhaps being caused by my anxiety and it’s this eye focus issue with my eyes. The best way to describe it that feeling of your eyes popping wide open because you just got startled another way to describe what I get is when your staring at a single object like a pencil and your eyes start to cross and lose focus. I have done every possible test to rule all medical issues out the door and I was curious to ask if you have heard about this symptom from anyone that you have ever helped. It’s almost as if my eyes were stuck in fight or flight mode.
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 9 месяцев назад
When one symptom leaves another is likely to show up, until the underlying factors are dealt with directly. These underlying factors often come in the form of a chunkily stressful lifestyle, limited real self care along the way, suppressed negative feelings, a lack of being expressive about ideas and feelings, and often repressed rage boils up as symptoms as well. Today's new RU-vid video will speak to the burnout many anxiety sufferers don't know they are under, much love.

Do you think all of this, your theories are possible when you are still currently dealing with health issues ? Not issues in the past but still in the present?
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 9 месяцев назад
I believe it's likely that they stem from past issues, more so interpretations from a subconscious level not the experience itself. Present issues compound the beliefs we hold at the deepest level I believe, A good example of this would be a feeling of being unlovable, which connects many times to heart related issues.

Dennis has anyone ever come to you with eye issues? Mine are flashes, floaters and other disturbing things. I would literally take any other symptom aside from this. It’s maddening and when it occurs more (due to a health anxiety trigger), I get right back to fear and hopelessness.
@TheAnxietyGuy1
@TheAnxietyGuy1 9 месяцев назад
Yes, floaters are quite common symptoms of anxiety Patty. Re-focus back on providing the answers to what your body is calling for, rather than focusing on the symptom please as these with travel and come and go over time.

@@TheAnxietyGuy1 Thank you Dennis. It’s more the flashes that are so distressing. What could the body be telling me or wanting through the eyes?

Quick question I had a horrible dream last night and woke up feeling sensitized from it. Is this normal? I’m just leaving it alone at the moment and continuing on with my day but I just can’t believe how that dream can dictate my whole day lol. Very confusing

I'd see it as a message of sorts. It isn't good nor bad, question is how will you use it to benefit you, to stay on the healing path you are on.
