Thanksss! Our RU-vid journeys are indeed filled with things to learn, we just have to stick to it and keep improving. Focus on the progress + growth and not the end goal!! :D
Thanks, I really appreciate the comment! Totally agree with the observation that the way I approach content creation is how I differ from the crowd of coffee creators. It will be an aspect that lean on even more as time goes by as I find an even deeper coffee groove :D
Congrats on the milestone, that's awesome! Seems like 1k subs is a good marker, where on average maybe that's when creators come into their own, establish the rhythm of their channel, and have a good feel for what they want to do going forward. At least that's what I gathered from this video. Looking forward to seeing (and experiencing) how your channel evolves towards that extra zero 😁. And thanks for all the great content. I've definitely learned a lot and leveled up for sure!
Appreciate the comment (and all your past comments throughout my videos!). The 1k sub mark is for sure a great time to reflect. There are also a lot of RU-vid features that unlock that make it into the "special" milestone. The more I create, the more I realize where I want to take the content I create so it really is an iterative process of being curious, creating and learning from said creation. I think the last part of your comment is what always hits me in the feels. Knowing that people have grown from the coffee content I create is such an amazing feeling and it really is the premium fuel to my motivation. Thanks :D
Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad you have learned from my videos! The longer I'm under the radar, the longer I get to refine my video skills and coffee knowledge so I'm in no rush to blow up 🔥🔥😜
Congrats! I appreciate your ethos of believing good coffee can be made with all manner of equipment and methods. Some of the gatekeeping and elitism in coffee can be a bit much sometimes considering that millions (billions, maybe!) of people all over the world make coffee that they enjoy every day using all kinds of techniques!
Thank you and I totally agree with the elitism you identify and it is something I want to unpack! A few areas in specialty coffee that it is prevalent that I can think of are light roast bias, pursuit for the "ultimate" brewing recipe and the equipment upgrade culture. Coffee has been around for centuries but this elitim really is a recent phenomenon. So much to think about 🔥🔥
