Thank you! Great stuff. Do you think focusing on dorsiflexion when running can improve the running form? And stop you reaching forward with the lower leg?

Since Kitata is still a top elite runner, does it really matters? Im really curious

It’s a great question - it matters. He is more frequently injured and as a result of his movement patterns has to work harder for the pace he’s running. No doubt Kitata is fast and doing a lot right, but you can be elite and still be able to improve aspects as well.
