Asha Moffatt they had issues like every couple. and it was especially harder because of both of their dreams and careers. so no. he wasn’t a bad husband at all. they just had to work a lot harder than other couples.
this is why i love nd adore the character- brooke davis..she didnt try to steal the thunder from naley by announcing the amazing moment tht ws about to change her life(chloe going into labour) neither did she throw a fit or spew any mean/harsh words towards chloe..instead she put up a brave face nd congratulated haley on her baby!!! the moment where brulian realise tht chloe ws planning to keep the baby ws so heartbreaking..i felt awful for them..cnt wait for them to hve their own baby :)
I don't know why Brooke was always the one who suffered!!! There was no one for her when she was attacked, she was the one who didn't get this baby girl when she wanted a baby badly, moreover, her best friend, Peyton never made it to her wedding!!! Even though she was so good to everybody, she was hurt every single time!! She was absolutely amazing and she is forever going to be my favorite character on OTH!!!
Remind you of someone? Mainly Peyton, who suffered through so much for basically every episode of the first four seasons and was so much younger. And yeah, Brooke was occasionally there for her but it was mainly Lucas who cared, Brooke was often busy being bothered with herself. Love Brooke, but come on don't make her out to be the world's poorest victim when she is miles away from suffering the worst on the show
@@rebecca8958, peyton has a tragic past; she nearly got assaulted by someone who claimed to be her brother, was a drug addict in high school (which, at one point, got her on a date rape) Oh yeah, and let's not forget the part where she lost her adoptive mother whom she was genuinely close to prior to the series. And then, just when she had the chance to bond with her real mother, some bad shit happens simultaneously like dan killing Keith, and she only has an estranged father. But that was all up until season 5, where she was left on the sidelines, watching lucas from afar. Now, compare that to brooke. Throughout the series, you can just see how strong this woman is. And yet, from my own personal experiences, those women who are strong enough to survive both physically and emotionally, do suffer a lot. Now, I'm not saying peyton was weak, but the fact that she got abducted by "derek" and got roofied at a party makes her not even half as strong as her best friend. Like a wise one once said; sometimes, you need to go through more than you think in order to earn true bliss. And brooke got just that, even after all the pain she went through both in high school and the whole real world drama
Basically Brooke was going to adopt the women's baby because the women didn't want to go through with it alone so Julian and Brooke paid for all her appointments and stuff but the father came along when she was giving birth and she decided she wanted to keep the baby and it was a girl and Brooke wanted a girl plus Brooke and Julian hadn't told anyone so at the same time this occurred Hailey was giving birth to a girl as well
I’m so happy that Brooke ended up getting her happy ending, but it’s a bit sad she never had a girl, and she probably won’t ever have another child because of what the doctors said, her twins were her miracle babies. But imagine Brooke and Julian’s genes, their daughter would be so good looking! And she’d be best friends with her daughter and dress her up and design clothes for her! Kinda wish they had boy and girl twins 😍😍
Brooke and Julian are amazing. They're hearts are broken in the worst way, and I'm sure nobody would have blamed them for celebrating with them, but they put their problems aside to be there and to be happy for Haley and Nathan. True friendship and true strength.
Wait this actress Leven Rambin, played single, pregnant teen, who was going to give her baby up for adoption in both Grey's Anatomy and OTH. Like she pretty much played the exact same character on two completely different shows?
Except the opposite, in greys she and mark were gunna keep the baby then she decided to give it up in tree hill she was gunna give up the baby then decided to keep it
Julian and Brooke wanna to adopt the baby because Brooke at that time couldn't have babies, but the mom couldnt give the baby to them after she took it in her arms.. so is really sad for Brooke.
Hah! I met her when they went on the Hunger Games mall tour and the first thing I said was, "I really don't want to like you because you kept the baby, and Brooke and Julian were devastated." NO ONE knew what I was talking about. Oh my god.
Brook... C'est vraiment le personnage qui à le plus changer au cour de la série. Elle à surmonter tellement de choses... J'ai pleurer durant toute la vidéo. Et même durant tout l'épisode !! Love you Brook (sophia Bush)
My heart breaks with her on this I've gone through 8 miscarriages and a couple of them have happened around either when someone in my family just had a baby or announced that they were pregnant...the pain is almost unbearable
I cried so freaking hard when I saw this. :'( My eyes watered at 0:16, a tear fell at 0:30, I sighed at 0:42, I cried at 0:50, I BAWLED at 0:52, I went ballistic at 1:05, My heart broke into a MILLION pieces at 1:21. I cried so hard my throat hurt last night. Even though I KNEW what was going that happen. :'(((
Leven Rambin played a single, pregnant college student giving up her baby for adoption b/c her parents and the boy don't know. Brooke and Julian paid for everything during her pregnancy. They took her to the hospital, everyone else happens to be there because Haley was in labor too. They didn't tell anyone about adopting. The girl's boyfriend shows up and they change their mind. Brooke and Julian have to pretend nothing is wrong because everyone else thinks they're at the hospital for Haley.
I watched this show when it aired and I've always loved it. I've been struggling with infertility for the last six years and am currently re-watching the series. I have never identified so much with a scene. You're truly happy for others, but you're heart broken at the same time. What a well done scene and beautifully acted!
it's heartbrokeing! this scene make me cry Oh, comme on! Brooke is a good person...she deserves a baby! *i love this episode, the old scenes were amazing!
I saw this coming and it still broke me. I'm not the biggest Brulian fan, but wow. That's just.. Heartbreaking. I sure as hell bawled. How do you not when Sophia starts? They'll get their chance though
When I first come across this show when I was maybe 12 or 13 and my mum was watching it, I saw some scenes from early is season one I wasn’t sure I like her as character. Until I watched it for myself and realised how strong, big hearted and how much of a beautiful soul she has. That probably the intention of the creator but it still shows how deep they get into the personality of the characters in the show
this scene was heartbreaking for brooke, but the fact that she had julian and he was right beside her and holding her the whole time made it feel lighter
I remember this episod.. I cried so freaking hard too.. Sadness and hapiness - a lot of different emotions. And love, love is all around. This series is the best. 8 seasons with this people (and 9 from january) - it's worth to see. WE LOVE OTH!
So did I! Mark loved messing with Sophia so he made sure he didn’t give her character anything she deserved. Instead she gets three chances with a daughter and doesn’t have them. Yet he gives her twins. Could’ve easily made one of them a girl instead gives her twin boys.
So sad for Brooke and Julian! Brooke has not had good luck with girls. She had to send Angie home early, Sam went back to her birth mom and now Chloe is keeping her daughter. This was another sad moment for Brooke trying to become a mom.
Brooke should’ve at least said something to them. They’re her friends too and I get it she didn’t want to ruin their moment. It she could never. She is just so strong for this and I want to tel her it’s gonna be okay and give her a hug.
@xhilaryo i'm sorry, but your comment just made me laugh really hard. haley's life is perfect? haha. um, let's see...both of her parents died, jamie got kidnapped, jamie almost drowned, haley got hit by car when she was pregnant, and let's not even talk about all the crazy hos who have tried to mess up her life/steal her man, namely rachel, nanny carrie, and renee. all of the characters deal with bad things, so let's not compare their hardships. sophia nailed this performance though. LOVE her.
even though i totally saw this coming and i totally know brooke and julian are gonna get their babies it still KILLED me!!! Sophia Bush and Austin Nichols killed this scene! I definitely just rewatched 5 times and cried all times!! big kudos to them!!
Brooke and Julian were supposed to adopt the baby at the beginning (Brooke was told she wouldn't be able to have children). The girl who was giving them the baby decided she wanted to keep her. Meanwhile Brooke's best friend Haley had also given birth to a girl and that's what they were celebrating at the end. Hope that helps:)
ok i’ve never watched this show... do you guys recommended it? i’m also only 13 but i watched friends and all that stuff so do you think this would be appropriate?
I know that this comment is about 2 months late but sure...you are going to love OTH. You are 13...so you are old enough to watch a show like this and really understand it. OTH came out when I was like 10 but I didn't really get into it until I was 13/14. Here is a few things to know: Friends is a knockoff of "Living Single" and "The Golden Girls", it's not a teen drama at all. Nobody cares about Season 1 of OTH. Most people think that the show should have ended after Season 6, because that is when Leyton leave the show. The last 3 seasons are almost unwatchable. Season 9 is okay but that is because it is the end of the series and it's kind of Nathan and Dan focused. Season 6 is going to hit you so hard in your feelings. I.dont want to give you spoilers but you are going to hate Xavier, you will absolutely love Quinn, and your heart is going to break immensely for Quinn and Brooke. Jamie is a cutie patootie and Dan killed Keith. You will hate Dan from the beginning but you will really hate him after he kills Keith. Lupe Fiasco performs at Tric!! If you dont know who that is, look up Kick, Push. Overall OTH is an amazing show and I would totally recommend it to you....you are going to love it!
Sequoyah Gorham the girl that was crying (her name is Brooke) can’t have any children so she and her husband were going to adopt that baby, but the woman changed her mind last minute. Brooke’s good friend was also at the hospital having her baby, and nobody knew Brooke and her husband were also at the hospital planning on adopting a baby, nobody knew their adoption plan. So Brooke and her husband put on a happy face for their friends, even though they were very sad. They get a happy ending a few episodes later though, you should watch the show, it’s amazing.
yes they met the girl months before and she agreed for them to adopt her baby. But the girl changed her mind when her ex boyfriend came back into the picture, and probably also because she loved her baby so much from the first moment.
Wow. So she makes a promise then changes her mind the day the baby arrived. Why? Just cause her baby daddy claims she wouldn't be alone. Hmm. I am sorry but promises like that should never be made unless you know you're going keep it.
TV dramas and movies always portray infertility as something temporary. What are the chances of someone being told they can't have kids by a doctor and then it miraculously happens? It's a lovely storyline but hardly accurate and also not a sympathetic representation for those who really can't have them as their reality stays the same. There is no screenwriter who will come along and change that ending for them. It's just how it is.
