I mean, everyone else´s strongman channels are full of yelling and rough music....And then there is Big Z, with super chill content and overall beautiful approach.
Josef Juriga spot on mate thats what i like about big z and that is why all other strongmen have a great respect for him he never rips holes into any of his rivals .

@@erickvelasquez6410 nah there is no way. Big Z in terms of accomplishments is undoubtably the greatest your right. But there is no wya in terms of strength that eddi and thor are 1 and 2. I would argue thor could be up there but Eddie no. He had to many events where he wasn't good at. When he won WSM he was so big he would gas out at every event where he needed to move. He would not do well in any loading races. He was only really good at static events. Thor on the other hand is good at everything which is why I would argue he is up there but for Eddie in terms of all time no way. Brian Shaw and big z are way higher than him in my opinion

Mankind's pride. Said this countless times, the day Z retires, Strongman as a sport will retire with him. Z is the sport of Strongman. Without Z, the sport is empty and all it becomes is a bunch of guys thinking being strong is being bald, bearded, tatooed, yelling, complaining, and being cocky all the time. Z is the cure for all this. Z is a calm, relaxed silver back gorilla. He knows he doesn't need to make a show of himself, of chest beating, of yelling, of being uber macho to show his strength. Z knows how strong he is, and doesn't need to chest beat every 5 seconds. In other words, Z is pure class and elegance, while at the same time being the GREATEST OF THEM ALL, period.
I wouldn't put it that way. It's more a case that you don't have to be huge, bearded and tattooed to be the best at strength sports, but those other guys are still the real deal. You can't bullshit your way through this sport. Hafthor Bjornson tried and look how much fandom he lost.
I agree with you on everything but the sport dying. The sport will keep growing thanks to legends like Z and new athletes will carry Big Z's legacy as well as the the other all time greats. There will never be another one like Big Z that's for sure. He's the absolute real deal for all the reasons you just explained

Why do I like these videos? My wife already things I'm nuts, and watching (in her view) some big guy with an accent go through his day isn't helping. But when i saw this notification pop up this morning, I couldn't wait to watch it. These are great from so many aspects... as many have mentioned, Z is so matter-of-fact, calm yet an elite in his chosen sport and earned a great life for himself with gyms, supplements, and now watches. I wish all the best and much more success. You lead a life that many, myself included, envy, outside of the crazy hustle and bustle of daily life. Can't wait for Friday! Thanks Z.
I also buy my tomatoes organic and not from the big supermarkets. Tomatoes from big supermarkets are usually watery and tasteless. Best thing is to add a pinch of salt to them. It's also tasty to bake them, but tomato juice (with salt) is best :)
I heard the seed and mush in tomato have lectins, which are not great for the body. I have started to remove the seeds. I heard Italians do this, as well as peel their tomato for the same reason
That is true never put tomatoes into the refigerator. But if you steam (boiled water) the whole tomatoes untl the peel gets easily off, remove the peel, the flavor will come back. Steamed tomatoes are very delicious!
Zydrunas was once in Kenya and I happened to greet him via a handshake...never felt so small and weak. His hand grip could survive Corona virus on its own
Kefir is amazing stuff!! That shake is huge! I started adding bananas to my oats in the morning because I saw you do it. I also started drinking lemon water some days.

Super clean diet and proper stretching routines before the workouts. That's why Big Z has been the greatest for so long, longevity matters. Get that 5th WSM Z! 💪

Awesome video as always @Zydrunas Savickas BIG Z. I am no strongman but the training part of your video is very useful and can be applied to any workout routine for any person at any level. Also, I am assuming you missed at least one meal of your video... Surly that isn't all you ate on such a busy day. Plus love the look of the watches and as an engineer can see the quality and appreciate seeing that part of your video with the watch test. True legend, keep working hard, inspiring people and being all you can be and more. Much love and respect brother.
These videos are so relaxing to watch. It wouldn't be a day in the life of big Z without lemon with water in the morning and tomatoes lol. Definitely going to introduce some of this into my diet
I love these episodes. I hope they continue beyond one week. I love to watch how the Worlds strongest man, workouts. Its very similar to how many of us workout except for the number of plates used. Z can have 8 plates on and it looks like he is lifting an empty bar. Its so smooth and easy. Huge waves in this episode. I wonder if he cut his swim short because of safety. Lithuania looks like a great place to visit. I especially like the meal selection part of the episodes. Some of that Lithuanian style food I may try, it looks good. I love Z's house, especially the light wood paneling on the walls ... Looks very warm and inviting. I agree with Josef J. Its so refreshing that Z is a gentle giant. He works out super hard but stays focused and mellow (this is a trait I will now follow myself). I hope Z did well on his latest competition. and am looking forward to watching some highlights on this channel (my daughter and my favorite site) Cheers.
