It's like watching a Terminator who has a lovable personality to go along with all that strength, keep the videos coming Big Z, you are an inspiration!
Big Z is the GOAt but if you can't row and swim on the lake after training, you need to work on your body, as it's not hard at all. I go for 2 to 3 hours road bike rides for 70 to 110 KM after training deadlift, log and so on, it's just two different things- Training for strength and explosiveness and training at a medium pace riding bike/swimming and so on afterwards.
Could you put the map location in lituania on screen of where your talking about because I really love hearing about lituania from a passionate inside source
Awesome!! You definitely had the advantage on the log pull though😂😂 the guy in the white was enormous, plus you against the two smaller guys. No wonder you kept falling over!! Love these videos and the channel. It’s inspiring and mesmerising at the same time.
Big z.. I really admire you.. love all your blogs and your daily routine... you are a amazing strongman and most important.. a humble person... love from south America.. Argentina!!
So glad to see Saturday come out shortly after Friday's video. Can't get enough of this. Sad to think only one more day! How many folks set off car alarms while training (tire) and get a power sander used on them for massage. (yes, I'm completely blowing by the suit... I'll assume it goes with the sander-looking thing). Those are some cool events... three man log lift? Pole-whatever? Out of curiosity, is there a high risk on injury on that pole event training? Maybe some other way to train it without the risk of blowing a knee falling? Thanks for posting this... these are great vids and an inspiration that even the best there is can be humble and lead a peaceful life without having to run around challenging people to fights, tooting their own horn, putting down others, etc. To each his own, I just prefer this. Thanks Z!
The key to being immensely strong. Lemon water tomatoes and a generous servings of steroids Whatever it takes! It’s fun to watch and then try to replicate a fraction of the weight at home
Saturday was one of the best videos, talking about Lithuanian food, struggles of weight gain for competitors and then having to lose weight to be healthy after contest. That team log lifting etc looked brutal and exhausting. Now we know recovery is an important element. The sauna, massage and lake rowing. I am glad I received poster and log lift training. Very nice.
