LazyBoiProductions hey some advice on heavy hips bro. Two exercises i do. Lay flat on ground stomach first. Raise your upper body off ground while forcing pelvis to ground you want your legs feet flat or on toes. Itll give you the feel. 2nd one is to get in your stance and and twist/push your right leg back until your left leg is still raised with knee up captain morgan style and rear leg is flat on ground or diagnol. Dont overstretch tho. And the pelvis to ground can be improved upon by leaning one side or another. This is not definite just some stuff that helped me. Hips get you out of bad situations.
