Curating what we consume, rather than letting it autoplay/autogenerate for us, is so good for the brain. Music, book or movie lists, our personal bucket lists. I never experienced mixtapes or personally curated playlists growing up, but now I'm intrigued 😀

I really like the little gold stars for ‘good months’ - weirdly, having been a nerdy kid, I think that will help me as an adult as a ‘good job’ reward. I am looking around seeing just how much abundance I already have - something I remember you’ve mentioned before. It is time to use what I have and get creative for what I don’t have!
I've read Rick Rubin's book in december, as my library had it on the "new books"shelf. Obviously it was a translation, and I ever since thought about getting the English copy, to enjoy the original text. On the other hand, the translation seemed decent enough, and I might just borrow it again several times. But it seems the perfect book to take notes in and add ideas and doodle...

I have a box of decks, plus books in good condition that I would like to turn into cash, but it has always seemed easier to just donate everything and take the tax write off. It is a hassle to sell on eBay, but if ya need the money, could be worth it for things you can sell for higher prices. Usually eBay calculates the shipping costs for you.
