When I started working out I got down to 85kg, started moving a bit more with some cardio and got to 80/79kg and was stuck there till I started doing kickboxing. Got down to 77kg, and now I'm at 75/76kg. Lost a fuck ton and life has changed a bit, interactions are a bit different but I'm still fat in my mind. I still feel fat as hell 😪 cuz I don't have a six-pack yet. I think getting down to 70kg will truly allow me to hit that 10%-12% range.
