Ive tested lots of street street wheels & have found that the ABEC 11S 107s & the new 111mm version Abec fly wheels even better.. The Abec zoobombs as well 110mm to be the best by far for bad roads & range that nearly doubles compared to the AT wheels...They are perfectly round also giving a very smooth ride under foot..If you can get a set for the Velar it would take any cracks in the road no problem...Steve Crump

The white 111mm zoobombs? Are those associated with Hoyt, or just a product they like to use? Those on the Velar would be sick! I've got belts and pulleys from ONSRA coming to mount street and rubber wheels and these might be the ticket!

@@TTLBALLER the rubber wheels will get about the same range as the AT wheels but the Zoobombs will nearly double it & they are very forgiving to vibration...They are the best ive tryed and highly recommend...

You could also try some 150mm wheels and they should already give you quite a bit of a range boost.

Also side note as video kept going lol I really want a board from ONSRA as i think they really know what they are doing on design! I wonder what they will release this year!

I agree, their attention to detail is top notch. If you go belt version you can easily make the velar a 2 in 1 and put street wheels on which I think would be a one board quiver at that point. Just don't ride through a ton of snow like me and break belts...

yo bro are you gunna go to Eskate Con this year? It would be cool to see your videos on a bunch of different boards! Also thats the dream board right there! im thinking about buying a 3D printer then building an upgraded battery for my S3! if i do that well im going to just build a rad mountain board with a giant Battery!

Yea, that makes it hard! Kids are more fun than anything else. Hopefully you can get them safely riding with you. I work at a therapy high school and it's very important for kids development to have fun with their dads. At least from what I've seen. Keep them far away from places I work!

@TTLBALLER that's rad dude! My fiance is a clinically licensed therapist so I for sure know that is important! Once I upgrade I'll get my oldest on a board with me but since she is 4 so for now I got her on the scooter and her electric jeep! Usually I get my good long rides in at night when I get them to sleep

Is it not possible to keep it in brutale mode and modulate the throttle or do you mean it's too sensitive to modulate? I know that you can modify the braking strength and acceleration strength in each mode too. I haven't tried it though since I'm a complete newbie and the default works for me.

I normally keep boards in default mode as this is how most people ride the boards. Brutale mode is very sensitive on flat terrain and I wouldn't recommend riding all the time in it as you could easily shoot the board out from underneath yourself. If you'd like to remain in that mode I'd lower the acceleration curve for sure. It's just not worth the risk.

Yea, that's plenty of power! Brutale if the grade goes over 6% as the incline tunes it down a bit.
