Made it out to do some more shad fishing on the Willamette River in Oregon. This time we were able to meet up with another RU-vid channel to another collab. We caught several shad on this trip. We are catching most of our fish on 1/32 oz shad dart, both square and round heads, in pink, green, and red/white. Shad are typically easy to catch from shore. You don't need any fancy gear. We had a great time out on the river with you both! That boater was unreasonable for sure, we were already fishing that spot before he moved in. We all caught fish so it was a successful day! We're always up for another trip out with you guys. Thanks for taking us out!

Looked pretty busy out there with boats. You guys caught a few nice ones. Nice place to fish. Nice collab with the Webers.

Thanks Adrian. Yeah one of the boats and I got into it a bit after he dropped anchor out in front of us, but we decided it was best to just move and let him own the river

Northwest Open Season I hear you man. Happens here as well on the Niagara river. Some guys have no respect for the shoreline fishermen. I went over to the Weber’s channel as well and subscribed to them, seem like nice people. Take care and stay safe guys.

Its unfortunate but a lot of boat owners do not know how to find a lane here and crowd bank guys with limited access. We typically cast a couple jigs on their deck. You should of done the same. Sherrif will ticket the boat owner.

I almost landed one in his deck after he dropped down in front of us. It’s hard to have a “conversation” with someone in a boat that just wants to yell and cuss at you

I was there Saturday and it was totally dead no boats were catching and none on the bank what's up

Did you fish the morning or afternoon? For some reason we’ve only been catching fish in the mornings. I’ve even tried both in the same day where I caught 30 in the morning and only hooked 1 later in the same day 🤷‍♂️ Could also be a tide influence
