Hi Kim, If you have plantar fasciitis, the heel stomps are probably your best exercise to start with. You should try to stretch out your feet with resistance bands first. Ultimately, you want to learn how to get a proper heel to ball strike of your foot when you walk or run to avoid injuries such as plantar fasciitis.

that kíind of ezcercise will damage our heels ' ligaments damaged, Tear !!! !!!!!!!! Why don't you wear shoes ??????
