Hi Thank you just joined your channel, tried these exercises, found them most couraging, feel I can do these each day. I have osteoporosis down my spine and osteopina in my hips, glad to find hope. Elizabeth😊

Pam, I like elbows wide because it keeps you from tightening your upper trapezius muscles and tensing your neck. This version also ensures a deeper engagement of your pecs. It would not be incorrect to do it with narrow elbows. I just find this version preferable.
