I'm from Alberta, Canada, and I do love the mat. I can see as a quilter, appliquer I would love to own one of these mats, but I can also imagine the cost, because our quilting supplies in Canada are very expensive, especially when I do not live near a city to purchase and I miss all the great sales, unless I phone an order in then the shipping is added. Saying that if I were in the city and a mat like this was to be on sale I probably would purchase it. Excellent idea!!!!
Is the matt available without lines? I do a lot of power cutting with up to 8 layers and only use the lines on my ruler. I always flip my cutting matt over to the plain green side, without the lines.
