When you talk about different products you also need to talk about the medical warnings. Some things are really great for some people and detrimental to others. Strawberries are a great example.

What I love about your channel, while I know this is targeted to vegans, your presentation is positive and doesn’t put down other food choices but just states how wonderful this food is. Thank you and keep up the positivity. I use most of these and love a plant rich diet.
I recommend eating spirulina/chlorella, coconut oil (extra virgin if possible), goji berries (as they contain atropine), maqui berry (very strong antioxidant), mycomedicinals (chaga and reishi are the best), and also full spectrum hemp oil extracts (the best is hemp-rx). i would also cook with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt, and use root vegetables and spices like garlic, onion, black pepper, etc.

You have a glaring omission of MORINGA, so powerful, it's called the miracle tree. It literally is used to save children from starvation and malnutrition because it is so nutritious.

please be carefull with kelp, and seaweed based snacks in particular! in moderation they're delicious, but overdosing on iodine iodine can cause listlessness, or unpleassant, hangover-like fatigue in bigger doses. i will never again make the mistake and nibble away 25g of sempio seasoned seaweed snack in one evening. the next day i had an anflight of depression, and felt very drained and just overall down. i still love that stuff, it's just delicious!
use Amazon Prime. Also, Trader Joe's has Maca Root Powder and Hemp Seed. Any natural foods store has most superfood options, if you don't want to do online shopping.
I love Spirulina and find it in most of my Plant Based Superfood Packets. I also would add Wheatgrass to the list. It is amazing how many green based superfoods are growing on Earth. It is so exciting to experiment with the different amazing plant superfoods in daily smoothies. I have been doing it for the past two years and I feel fantastic. My only downfall is when I eat a SUGAR product like Icecream or cookies. Thank you for the video.
@@mariareinebach8633 I never consume Spirulina on its own like I do peppermint from the peppermint plants. I eat Spira Lena it might plant food-based super greens and mixes. You won’t taste it if it is combined in a powder protein form.
This was a pretty good list of super healthy foods. I would have included beets, eggs, apple cider vinegar, garlic, turmeric, sauerkraut, avocado, celery, almonds, olive oil, liverwurst and salmon...

Kevin Akol . Collect some fire ash from a volcanic region. Finely seive it. Take 1 teaspoon ash , one teaspoon black seed oil , one teaspoon honey . The ash contains many essential trace minerals that are not in the soil too much these days. Very inexpensive but amazing results. . Do twice a day for a couple weeks and after that just once to maintain vitality
Lots of great foods. I make drinks out of Spirulina, Maca, Moringa, Matcha green tea, and Ashwagandha. They make me feel so amazing. I'd recommend loose leaf teas as well for health benefits. Sweetened with Stevia, not sugar. They make me feel as if I'm on top of it.

Twice in the last ten years or so our newspaper ran celebratory headlines about finally eradicating some kind of scum growing in our water system. They never warned us of this long running battle... Only that they finally had it taken care of. I never drink city water any more.
You have gobs of spare time to make this drink daily? I try to make healthy smoothies but it’s time consuming and messy so I eat a cup or 2 of frozen blueberries with fresh peppermint leaves.
More research has to be done on other plants and herbs like Moringa, Ashwagandha etc. Then the list may vary. Little bit confused when I find Aloe-Vera in the super foods list.
Spirulina/Chlorella and Moringa are definitely the most powerful nutrient dense superfoods on the planet going back from thousands-billions of years old
Superfoods are alive with natural enzymes. Once food becomes dehydrated or cooked it loses all of its enzymes. The only super foods are natural products like fresh carrot, Vegetable and fruit juices.
