Thank you Megan. Came home from Vietnam 30 August 1970. Heard this song on radio a few days later, then went to my local record store and bought this 45 rpm on the Dunhill label. I still have my copy. This song brought me peace of mind. I was just trying to get my head right. I felt all alone, I was 20 years old.
I had the privilege to see 3DN several times in the 70s. They were always great. This is one of their most beautiful songs that deserved so much more acclaim than it ever received! Loved it then, still love it now.
