I don’t care how much competition is out there. You are always the top one for me and my sons. I have messaged you a few times in the past and you responded and that means a lot. You even watched a little camping video I made with my family because my son wanted you to see it. It made his day that you responded. I love these winter trips and they never get old to me buddy. We own 83 acres of woods connected to the Shawnee National Forest. You’re always welcome here !
You just put the biggest smile on my face. Loved the video, it was like a good trip back in time. Simple, straightforward and enjoyable for all of us. Peace Out.
Thanks for sharing your winter camp trip with wolf. Looks like he had a great time and was tuckered out. Will always stick with you because your trips are real.
When you were trying to say, "amenities", I kept thinking of Finding Nemo, "A Sea An Anen- An enanemy" lol thanks for the laugh. Glad to see you back doing what you enjoy!
Hey Joe! Glad you are taking care of your self. I don’t care what you do in your videos I just want to see you having fun again and enjoying what ever you are doing. We have fun when you are having fun. You and your family should always come first.
... First step of any outing is to know the weather conditions ,, plan accordingly ,, pack for conditions expected ... enjoy and have a successful outing .. pet and play with Wolfe more .... Stay Safe .. Wolfe has grown into such a beautiful dog ...
This was a healthy dose of Joe with a side of 'classic' Joe and a sprinkle of 'old school, still patching up BCO style' Joe (yeah, I go back that far!). You've come a long way my friend and it's a privilege to have so many years of "Ba-bam!" Robinet adventures to look back on and still even more to look forward to. Your journey is inspirational, documentary-worthy and just flat-out awesome.
Joe this almost brought a tear to my eye a minimalist trip with you and your dog shades of Scout and Tripper I really miss both those guys but wolf is really endearing himself to me thanks for coming back and thanks for wolf.
Rly looking forward to this!!! Joe is by far still my favourite youtuber👍, remember to take care of yourself and do the breaks so you dont burn out. We still be here, BAM SON
Glad to see you. If it was me and my axe would break, I would have packed it in. But glad you stuck it out and showed what you can do regardless. Love having you still hanging out with us.
This was a very nice reminder of why i used to have your winter camping videos queued up, insanely relaxing, chill (no pun intended) and cozy. Keep rocking Joe.
Nice one Joe. Great to see you out and about again. I'm having a total hip replacement tomorrow (Friday, Feb 23rd Aussie time) and then 6 weeks off work. I'm hoping to be fit enough to get out and enjoy some Aussie winter camping. No snow where I am though. 😃
I hope you have good luck with the hip replacement. That procedure makes me nervous, so I don't say a whole lot to my Doctors about my hip pain. My 81 yo Mom had a hip replaced in 2010 and she did not survive the recovery portion of the procedure.
You’re the one who inspired me to start filming my trips and I’ve had lots of fun. Life doesn’t always allow and I’m familiar with feeling discouraged. Keep on keepin on Joe!
Good to see you back. Miss you and Wolfy. Love your adventures. Sometimes you got to unplug and take time for yourself. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Will always watch your videos. God bless you.
So very happy to hear you will be putting out regular videos! Just adore you and Wolf(ie)! You're relationship with him is so special. You have trained him well and you work well together!
Missed these videos! Happy you're back. Liked and commented hoping to bring more engagement to the videos! Hopefully RU-vid will see your videos deserve to be pushed!
I’m a real one Joe, from the second I heard you lost your brother I knew you would need some time, and the universe has a way of slowing you down when your not taking the break you so desperately need so the broken ankle helped you get that rest, I’m in the uk and I tell all young men to watch your stuff from the very beginning so they can learn how to survive if the shit hits the fan . Your amazing Joe, I watch but don’t normally comment but I felt I had to let you know, I feel you I get you and wasn’t the slightest bit surprised, no one owns you Joe, it’s your life and your process , we’re the lucky ones that you decided to share your process with, so the entitled haters can do one. I’m staying and feeling blessed and grateful, old owl 🦉 Alaya UK ❤
I have watched almost every video for years now my dude, you are a great outdoorsman and I love watching your content along with all the other brothers and sisters here.
A very nice Joe quality video, start to finish. The shelter up against the rock face was interesting with the fire right there. Wolfie has become a very good camping/hiking companion, Steak looked good!
Nice little camp set up and it was great to see you and Wolfie out enjoying the wild again. The fire looked like just the thing and the wall used behind it was a good strategy for a reflector. The steaks must have been good because you enjoyed them and Wolfie hung around for his share. Thanks Joe 😀
I really am at this point living vicariously through you. I am 58 years old and have been watching since you and Scout went out to just have bacon in the woods. I want to camp in winter conditions and know I can do it, but my work and commitment to making the last of my savings money is putting all that on hold. Once I retire for the second time, I would love to do some of the winter camping you do. If you ever want to add an American want to be bushcrafter to your experiences, I would drop everything to join in.
We appreciate you too! Looking forward to seeing some hot tent camping ☺and bushcrafting, and whatever else you and Wolfie get up to. He's a great dog! ♥
Been watching you for a few years now and even saw the season of alone you were on. I've watched every season of that show and I'm just in awe of everyone's abilities.
Welcome back Joe, great personality, great style, You've got a plan, but trust yourself if there's a problem you'll come up with an idea that will work. I love this style of shelter. IDK why more bush crafters in the UK don't use this type of shelter, where there's lots of rock out-crops and cliffs, but not a lot trees and forests. Some wind breaks on the sides seems like it would keep more heat under the tarp. Good one, Joe. 😀👍
