Those are so cool. I love the Beretta 92 family of guns with open barrel, the P38 is like a forerunner of the design. Looks great, hope it shoots well!

I've only heard good feedbacks on those p38 ! Even though it's not a WW2 example, it's still a very nice gun with a nit history. Awesome content !

Very good video beautiful gun range. I got one from Centerfire too. I was OK with it the only thing I did not like someone had polished the frame from the Front trigger guard under to the magazine well for some reason it’s bright shiny aluminum. Other than that it seems to be good.

Yours post war p38 looks a bit better on wear than mine. But my barrel was bright and shiny. It fire alright but the shell case got caught before it ejected all the way with 115 gr ammo but cycled perfectly with 124 grain

I picked up a P1 1983 mfg excellent pistol , super light with aluminum frame. Extremely safe , may not be a modern double stack. Find mags at gun show. A great looking pistol, Walther P38 /P1 is the benchmark design

Very nice, mine was made in 4/60. Yours also appers to have a little more finish than mine. Btw, I'm still looking for those mags, I'll shoot you an email when I find some.
