As a 27-year-old, I appreciate your videos on another level. There's a "heapin' helpin'" of nonsense for the 20 some things on here and your eloquent, maturity, and wisdom is under appreciated in this day and age. So thank you for putting yourself out there and sharing yourself. We need more female role models out there like you!

I love the ideas.... that's what holds so many people up. How to combine, how to accessorize, how to make items that yhou already have in your collection in a funky way and have them stand out... yet stay stylish and elegant!. This is so helpful! Dominique I have to tell you that just now I found the diamond from my wedding ring that I lost sometime on Tuesday. I have been wearing it for 18 years! I was at work typing and looked down seeing a hole where my beautiful square diamond used to be and the search was on! So how ironic while watching your darling video on wearing jewelry I found my favorite piece that meant so much, thought lost forever. Miracles can and do happen! Love you and the time you take to share. I am learning to be bolder and certainly blessed!

Just when i wanted someone to do such a informative jewelry video on what to bring on a beach vacay! Dominique your makeup today is so bright and fresh! One of my go to ways to wear jewelry these days being 52 are a small pair of stud pearl earrings with a chunky three tiered layer pearl necklace. It is my signature look especially in the Fall and Winter. Finally I get to leave you a comment after watching everyone of your videos since you started since I just began my own channel. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Wow Dominique I was re-watching a bunch of your videos and when this one started I just said out loud that you look stunning.

I second the motion for a tutorial on this look! I pack very lightly as far as jewelry goes when we travel. I have a nice little travel pouch that came with a Bixby purchase and I put a few pieces in and the pouch goes in my purse. I never leave any jewelry in the hotel room unless there is a safe.

Excellent on-trend suggestions Dominique:) I love inexpensive hoops too and select the type that pull off easily (in case they're snathched). Best avoid costume jewellery that looks like diamonds - was in Mumbai layered with cz hoops etc and they assumed they were diamonds!!!! Consider taking the minimum pieces and shopping for local costume jewellery - great memories and you'll come back with next season's trends:) Ciao, happy and safe travels.

Hi Dominique! I love jewelry! When I travel! I have a jewelry case that folds and has compartments. I always wear my bracelets and lots of rings. I have statement necklaces I love and I go for all of it. My clothes tend to be classic with a few boho things to add variety. This summer, in fact since our trip to France and Italy, I have been living out of suitcases. I love all your suggestions because if you are like me, you wear what you love all the time. Twisted Silver has the best costume jewelry that is boho on trend but classic too. Fun, fun, fun video!

Nice ideas! Regarding chokers... since my neck is showing its age, I always assumed a choker would draw attention to that area. I tend to go for something longer that hits closer to my decollete drawing attention AWAY from the neck. Is my thinking wrong?

You are a plethora of "glam meets sensibility" ideas. Thank you for taking the time to research and share your insights with us. There are a host of us out here looking for continual ideas in "wearing our age well"! Not 20-something's, but, not frumpy either. We want to be stylish and en vogue until... well... every age. How about a "shorts" video for the 55+ crowd who have an extra 15-20 pounds on them. As my 30-year-old son says, "some things just ought not be". So... What's in style, what's trendy for the season for the girls my age?

Enjoyed this installment a WHOLE lot...I travel quite a bit (I am a software consultant - aka, road warrior) - I agree, do not bring the "good stuff" when traveling - just not worth it. I have super short hair, and the bolder hoop earring is a ton of fun. I also enjoy mixing up the bracelets - My Alex and Ani bracelets sit closest to my wrist and as I go closer to my elbow I have some chunky beaded bracelets and finally a silver tone cuff...fun fun fun! (and it doesnt hurt that when I am away from my family, looking down at my Celitc cross and my tree of life charms (both A&A) just makes me smile ! Cheers !
