- Eastwood Aerosol-Injected Cleaner & Lubricator -
Item #12846z

One of the key reasons was the engineered taper of each can's nozzle that creates a tight seal to force the cleaner or lubricant deep into the tool or tubing, without blowback.
Choose below from the Cleaner or the Lubricator...or both!
360-degree valves even spray upside down!
Ideal for cleaning or lubricating anything around the car, shop and home
Buy both and SAVE over individual prices!
- SAS Bandit Respirator -

It is NIOSH N95 and OSHA approved and can be used in a professional environment such as a body shop. The half-mask is constructed of soft thermoplastic polymer for maximum comfort and a tight facial seal. The head strap is easily adjustable and ensures a secure snug fit around the top and bottom of your head. The filters are positioned for optimum vision and balance and have a life span of about 50 hours (conditions breathing rate and usage will affect filter life).

In 1988 when I was young I won First Place, full custom hardtop with a 1967 RS Camero at Autorama in Detroit. Haven't painted in years, now I am going to paint my 1960 Corvette, watching your video really helped me remember what I need to do. Thank you, excellent video.

Kevin Tetz is a very intelligent guy, and he is great communicator. This is one of the best instructive videos ( parts 1 & 2) that I have seen anywhere. Painting is Art and Science... and here you have it spelled out. Big thumbs up.. which isn't something I say often !

Kevin has a level of comfort in front of the camera that makes me personally feel like were hanging in the garage having a beer while he is giving me tips on how to complete a project, in this case painting a car. What amazes me is his ability to get the information out in a very clear manner, that's easy to absorb and retain.. Most professional teachers in the trades don't seem to have that ability. Trust me, I am in the automotive repair and restoration field . I have sat in my fair share of class rooms listening to instructors. I feel a liitle late on this feedback conscidering it aired 6 years ago. What can I say, better to be late then not at all. For most things anyway . Kevin Great Job!! I also want to point out that I am more likely to comment in the negative or not at all versus leaving positive feedback, for what it's worth, this is something I rarely do ... Thank You Kevin and to Eastwood for the information, tools and materials you make available to the average consumers.

Just like everyone who has commented, I just want to say, your videos have got to be the best out there. A lot of information is thrown at you in a short period of time while being communicated in a precise and clear manner. You, I believe, are a born teacher sir. When you speak, people want to listen. And very humble I might add. Thanks for taking the time and keep up the good work.

Very informative video. I haven't painted in 20 years or so with Enamels and Lacquers but this video brought back a lot of those techniques that I had forgotten about. I am eager to return to painting my cars as I always enjoyed it along with all of the custom stuff such as stripes and flames and maybe two tone my 95 F-150. Kevin is a very good speaker and easy to understand. Thx Dave

I've just starting out on learning to use a sprayer and these instructional videos really make me feel less daunted by it! Kevin is a class act and it's such a small but hugely important thing that he actually puts himself into a chair to demonstrate a spray position for a wheelchair user. I'd wager lots of other instructors wouldn't have done this. Well done Eastwood and Kevin for these uploads 🙌

After hundreds of videos preparing for my first serious spray of my mom’s older MB ML320, in 040, that’s Mercedes for “Black”, what began a year ago as a scratch and chip touch up has mission crept into (son of an Army Colonel here) repainting most of the truck. And of course I’ve painted this truck the wrong way so many times I lost count. With aerosol cans, hard headed and convinced I could do it right and not have to mess with mixing paint, a compressor, and that whole mess. Well. I was……..WRONG!! Did an experimental spray on a spare hood for my Dodge Magnum, Brilliant Black, that went very well, and since I’ve done it wrong so many times, this time I avoided most of the pitfalls. Clinical cleaning of the garage, removed any and all petroleum and silicone products or encapsulated those which could not be, even degreased the underside of the truck to the best of my ability, cleaned engine compartment, the works. The lady at the local auto refinish store has incredible knowledge. She told me that airborne petro and silicone particles from even a day ago can fly around and find their way to your panel, surface, and create fisheyes where the paint simply will not adhere. For my experimental hood, I had what I thought was impossible, ZERO DUST NIBS, and ZERO FISHEYE. I was awfully proud. But the orange peel was kinda heavy. I’m sure I could cut and buff it out but I’m searching for best case, such that from that point, any “fixes” are less demanding. Primed the ML last night, and this morning was about to spray the color coat, was watching some various RU-vid vids, and even though I’ve watched probably 20+ of Kevin’s vids, this one popped up. Ok, watcha, got Kev? Ignore the wheel wells, huh? Ok. Lesson learned, ANY spray over previous spray is another coat. I had been calling this “filling in” or “touching up” where coverage had been light. And what’s wrong with a second coat here and there? Hmmm. Still learning. I’ve learned that orange peel, among other causes, can beget itself, meaning when the pattern starts, each successful coat can just exaggerate the original issue. Damn, damn, damn. Got it. Judging how a coat. Will look, is it heavy enough or too heavy, is the zillion dollar question. But I love how he explains to jut paint it like a box, ignore the body lines. Oops, I’ve been caught red handed, hitting all of the wheel wells first and edges to make sure they get good coverage so I don’t burn through later if I cut through the clear, which can be resprayed more easily than color. Just paint across and don’t stop. Mind you, this video came up mere minutes before masking u with my respirator and gloves and tacking off the primer. This video came at a moment with uncanny timing, and hopefully will help make my first, full(3/4) spray of the hood, driver’s side, and tailgate, so lots of nervousness, having sanded this damned thing down so many times it should be a crime, it’ll make you a bit gunshy, pun intended. Are my temp and humidity right? 75 degrees and 35% RH in the garage. Got my homemade radiator fan downdraft prepared, and my exhaust fans ready, great lighting form lots of angles, every conceivable variable I think I have sorted. Here goes nothing. Thanks Kev. Oh, and my Colonel dad has one standing rule, or saying, in reference to Murphy’s Law. Higdon’s Law is that Murphy was an optimist. Chew on that one. It has served me very, very well, poking holes in my own plan until I can’t find anymore holes and then execute. Proper prior planning prevents piss poor performance. Big thanks Kevin! I’ll follow up with a finished report. I know the vid is old. I don’t care. Obviously. Today is today and I’m taking a big leap today. First World problems are still problems.
