Hi guys so I decided to post a extra video this week,nothing fancy just a quick Recipe that my family love during Ramadan for iftaar 😊
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups Cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
big pinch of salt
3 cups water
mix liquid ingredients together and set aside
sift dry ingredients in a small bowl
slowly add dry ingredients to the wet
leave batter to rest for 30 minutes before frying.
fry in nonstick pan
no need to add oil or butter when frying
filling
1+1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
3 cardamom pods
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water
cook on low heat until water evaporates
