It's not like you loose consciousness when you are hypnotized o.o And also, this one is a bad one to try to get into trance, if you ask me. I'm quite familiar with it now and stuff like this where I really know it can't be real will never work for me. Try his other videos, like the "Enslaved by a vampire" one. I know, it sounds like a strange suggestion but that's the one I got deepest with yet cause of the "loose consciousnes" trigger. So if that's what you want to achieve, give that a try ;) And no stress, there's nothing bad in the recording, but it's fun. Good luck and success in the future. And if you know what daydreaming or spacing out feels like, you may recognize a hypnosis state as well.

Yup. At least not if you're too realistic and know things like this are impossible. It could work, but not with a recording and all that alone. I guess you would need someone beside you that would need to get you "really deep", if you know what I mean, But yeah, won't work like this for me as well.

Anyone can be hypnotised, there is multiple reasons on why you might not be getting hypnotised like for sample. If you don’t believe in it, it will not work secondary. If you’re not trying, listening to the instructions, opening yourself to suggestions, you will not be hypnotised when you’re starting, it can take time yes And you might feel a bit dizzy for the first few sessions, but after that it calms down and you can truely be hypnotised, you just have to open yourself up to suggestions
