man, this really is one of your best recordings. I actually started howling with the pack totally unintentionally. The realization and the shock of what I was doing brought me out of the trance little bit but it was still an awesome experience. Adding howling to the background was a superb idea I wish the recording would have been a little bit longer as the suggestions wear off pretty quickly afterwards. Or at least that's what happens to me. It felt that the waking up phrase started just as I was getting fully immersed in the experience Anyway, thank you sm for this. I'll most definitely save the mp3 for later use

omg it felt like I had ears and a tail and when u said the fur part I felt tingles on my body! As if fur was sprouting! After I opened my eyes I stood up in a perfect wolf position and I tried to feel my years and tail but they weren’t there

I felt like I had ears, like I had a phantom shift, my back felt weird, I felt tingling feeling. When this video was done, I got up on all fours and jumped off my bed and started exploring my room. The thing is different people have different levels of suggestibility. For those that aren’t natural suggestible, the trick is to want to be hypnotized. I’ve struggled with this cause I have a very distracted mind so random thoughts come in, so what I do is a common meditation technique. If a thought enters, just let it drift away and bring your focus back to one thing: your breath. I’m sure you’ll find some way to do it.

ChromaticBlaze it always works best with the right material as well. I’m not normally very focused on hypnosis (even though I love being in a trance) but this material pulled on memories and wants of my past when I would immerse myself in werewolf media.

You can actually try to! I just let myself listen to the voice/read the words and it usually works! So far, this is the only one that has actually worked for me Lol.

Most likely what will happen (or if you resist it to this point), you can make sure you don’t act weirdly like that around others and only by yourself! I watched the cat transformation video, and I am still a cat. Lol. It really depends on what parts of you think you are a human. It really does depend on how hypnotized you get. Since watching the cat transformation video, 10% of me is human and 90% is cat. I still feel that way after 3 days Lol. But the 10% human part makes sure that I act like a cat but only when I’m not around my parents or certain friends.

Also final thing. When I watched the teddy bear transformation for the first time, I was so into trance and I was about halfway through the video (and btw this is one of my comments on that video) but then my mom yelled “it’s time to go!” I flinched SO HARD. And now I flinch very hard at things that I usually wouldn’t, for example lightning. That is the most recent example since there was lightning two days ago. I may have been scarred by that. Anyways if you read my comments on some of the other transformation videos, you’ll see my experiences from hypnosis. It’s pretty cool. The cat takes over the most tho, so it’s hard doing other transformation videos Lol.
