Friend, can you tell me if when you change to CRT resolution the Pandora menu changes too? because on mine, which is the 3rd generation, the games menu is different from this one, the logo doesn't appear on the sides.

What is special about this upgrade? I know the chips in all these units have very minor differences, and at some point a few years back they even had CPUs that could not handle Mortal Kombat arcade. What is the spec on these unit, and can it at least handle smoothing filters without any slow down, as I like those over the traditional blocky ""tv" traditional non filter?

These all don't compare to the Pandora Platinum. The Platinum actually runs Mortal Kombat with a "flawless victory" and there is no repeat of games and the parts are Sanwa. Just a much better product then this rehash trash.
