Mr. Nathan, As a patient, I've been doing some of your exercises daily; I like your videos for the step by step follow me approach particularly helpful - instead of "go repeat 5 times what I just demonstrated" like most others I watched. I can easily build my daily exercise as a playlist program (one for Tremor, one for improve balance, etc) Can you please suggest a video that can improve the muscle strength that helps with bowel movement (if there is such a thing)? I have trouble with gathering that "last push" if you know what I mean (embarrassing question to ask).. Thank you. "Never Give Up" - rings echo around me everyday.
Definitely. Kegel exercises should help with that. And tha ks for your support and very positive feedback. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rmRIbCqTp34.html
Hi Nice exercises...BUT go slower so that patients who Watch , wil feel confident that they can do it too. And always show safety guards ....that means if yu need to tell patients to maintain BALANCE, then pleas actually SHOW you holding the chair. This way the patients wil follow.
one can always slow down the video...go to the little cog at the bottom of video then click on "video speed" and then .75 or .50 will slow it down 25% or 50% etc. Hope this helps. Blessings!
