It is 3.30am, and I have just completed my first workout with you, Polly. Where have you been for the past 16 years? OMG, I think I've found my perfect partner to keep, Mr. P at bay. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Hi Andrea, we are so glad you found us, even if it was at 3:30am!! We hope you enjoy exploring our channel - we have all sorts of amazing classes on there and welcome you to the PFP community!!
Hi Moshe, thanks so much for your comment!! Standing on one leg is definitely tough!! We would suggest a lot of side-to-side weight shift behind a chair to help you get more comfortable with standing on one leg for short periods of time and then increasing the amount of time you rock onto one foot and then the other. Start holding onto the back of the chair and then gradually lighten your grip to challenge your balance further. Let us know how it goes :)
Hello, I am writing from Turkey. I have a 60-year-old female patient with Parkinson's disease. I am doing exercises mainly for the lower extremities. My patient's legs are a little thick and movement is limited. What exercises can you recommend? Thank you.
Hi friend, thanks so much for your comment. We appreciate you checking in with us and are so happy to know that you are joining us from Turkey. Our cardio and cognition class sounds like it might be a good fit for your patient as it definitely focusses on lower limb exercises!!
Hi Diane, thank you for joining us for class and for your question. We would recommend you explore our Relax and Reset playlist and this class in particular addresses anxiety through stretches, breath work and meditation!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nS2ht_p6wHU.html
