Excellent exercise, Nadine. I don't know how I missed it until today. I like to emphasize the perfect balance part, since it is one of my weakest points. It was difficult to follow you with my head down, so I repeated the part. No big deal. I wish you could guide me to similar exercises. Definitely I will repeat this video 2-3 times and hope to do more of similar videos. Thank you.
Hi Moshe, thanks so much for your lovely comment and I am so glad this class was helpful and supportive to you and for your balance. Thank you for sharing your experience and I will be sure to include more standing balance components in future classes for you!! Nadine :)
@@PowerforParkinsons Thank you. Standing balance is probably the weakest point of mine. In my humble opinion your presentation of this subject was the best so far. If it's possible include also turning balance. Just yesterday I fell on an asphalt road while trying to turn 180 degrees after getting out the car. My back was badly bleeding and I also hit the road with my head. Not badly since I was able to slow the fall with my arm. But it was enough to refer me to an ER, since I have small brain aneurysm. Today I've spend most of the day in an ER examination. Luckily the CT showed no damage.
@@mosheofer Oh goodness Moshe, that doesn't sound good. We are so sorry to hear you have been through such a challenging experience and we hope you are able to take time out to rest and heal. We are thinking of you dear friend. Hugs from your PFP family
@@PowerforParkinsons You are very kind. Thank you for calling me "dear friend" since I feel the same towards you. For a while I probably will not exercise or may be I'll find something very easy. It all happened because I felt good (in big part due to your exercises) and was not careful.
Hi Dave, thank you so much for your comment, we're so glad you enjoy our R&R videos!! Thank you for the feedback, we can definitely adjust the volume of Nadine's voice in regards to the background music!!
