Rewatching with a lil less drugs. I havent used the staball yet. I have a couple Pounds to try I figured 6.5/06 & 6mm Rem. Fabulous groups!!! I have used re22, re26, IMR & H4831 & 4350 from IMR& H in 6mm. ALL really really good. Under .450 and hovering 3100 with a 105g Speer.

Nice shooting josh. Think got video up of the stayball in 243win also with 95gr bullets. Defently must common in large shop here and cheaper than 4350 by good bit

What the rifles twist

I "FIND PRESSURE" before I ever start working up loads, best accuracy is within 2.g of the "Pressure". After you find the most accurate Powder Charge, adjust seating depth. If you can find any R#26, your accuracy will be around 3100 fps with a cci 250 primer.

When your doing powder testing like this, where do you seat the bullet? I usually start with the book length find my powder charge them play with seating depth but I’m thinking of doing powder charge at 20 off lans as that’s where I usually start my searing depth test.

Did you ever get a chance to test these with the magnetospeed? Do you think you will ever do a seating depth test to see if it will make the 43.0 grain load better?

It's interesting how 42.0, 42.5, and 43.0 share some of the same velocities.

if you got some Supreme 780 lying around give it a try with the heavy stuff. I was getting Lil over 3k and 105 amax. Great groups and consistent. Gd shooting.

What is the barrel twist rate on the rifle you tested these loads in?

I am testing the same load but started at 41.5, 42.0,42.5. Hope to get to shoot soon. What was your overall length running?

I was running hornady 105 hpbt with superformance but haven’t found it locally in last couple months. Picked up Staball 6.5 yesterday at Sportsman’s, I have 41.5/42/42.5 all loaded up. Hodgdon has 42.3 as max load but pressure is only at 58k. Are you just using a ladder test to see how far up your going for pressure?

Do you anneal your brass? Looks like they may need it if not.

Is that rifle a fast twist or is it 1 in 10?
