@@Weihrauch88 I’ve got the 1.9 td with big end bearing gone , I’ll be fitting one in the next week so these videos have been really helpful , my turbo is the original do you think I should renew that too as a preventative measure ?

@@adamtimson1875 providing there is no excessive play in the turbo there should be no reason for not using the original. I purchased a recon unit from Nerings on eBay for £130 sometime 2 years ago and it's still going well. Just make sure your oil feed and drain lines are spotlessly clean before installation.

Hello mate I can see you have wired the boost guage but can't focus enough to figure where you fed the wiring I've done the rest just need to wire it to my radio where does posetive go and earth from boost guage on the radio harness

Yes! Along with what was going on in Ukraine, prices hit £2,20L at one point! A lot of people don't like the idea of using food grade fuel 😂 I live in a little village in Warwickshire and there are three blue T4s that pass throug daily! Mine is extremely faded unlike the others I see. Mine was owned by a Indian builder from Birmingham and didn't really care much for the van😂 lots of engravings from bored workers on the exterior and interior linings. Preparing to do my throttle shaft spindle and seals for the 2nd time in 2 years due to me putting off replacing the expensive throttle cable with automatic adjuster🙈

You need to find an alternate vacuum source since it is different to the 1.9 TD ABL engine. Another potential source is from your EGR valve. You may find a small pipe to T off from there.

It's for measuring boost pressure from the turbo. Currently showing 10PSI. It'll be used for reference when we turn up the power a bit to 14-15PSI.
