Respecting tradition and therefore the ingredients are only and exclusively: pork cheek, pecorino, eggs (yolks and egg whites in a ratio of ¾ to 1), black pepper and pasta (rigatoni / mezze maniche or spaghetti). The ingredients are for 4 people, halve if you need to cook pasta carbonara for 2.

🚫 The ingredients that CANNOT be used in carbonara: cream, onion, garlic, milk, creamy cheeses such as Philadelphia or cheese, ham and mortadella. They do not respect tradition but are allowed if they meet your taste more: pancetta instead of bacon and parmesan instead of pecorino. You wouldn't make a real and traditional carbonara, but nobody knows about it in your home!
