Gentleman has a great point. Don’t confuse it with “he should have been more famous”. That’s the exact opposite of the point. He shouldn’t of been famous and he knew he’d have a hard time if he stayed true to his theories and principles, but would rather be real than owe.
There's a great clip of some listener saying that to Opie because he cut off Patrice mid funny rant....And Patrice explaining that Opie is the captain of the ship and that he understands when to cut something off right before it gets stale to make it feel like the comics are funnier than they are because the audience doesn't need to see the part where they are just beating a topic to death and it's no longer funny. Saying that Opie cut him off right before the jokes he was making we're about to just get stupid.
And that Opie will focus them in on a concept to keep it funnier than let them rant and ramble about everything which is messy and will get annoying. Look at all the times a topic was discussed when it was just Jimmy and Anthony. They would NEVER know when it was time to move on.
What? FUCK no Opie isn't a master at changing it up when a topic gets stale. He constantly cuts Anthony or guests off when they're on a roll so he can add NOTHING. Nobody with half a sense of humor has ever said, "Thank god Opie spoke up, I was getting sick of Patrice and Louis CK talking."

It was so awesome that Carlos Menstealia basically lost his career overnight because of his stealing. Now Amy Schumer did the same thing but everyone is propping her up. Her career is dying a slow death because her fans are walking away, but it pisses me off that the comedy community isn't piling on her like they did with Carlos.

Pretty funny at the end. He forgets he's on radio trying to get feedback from the audience. It sounded genuine too. Must've been exhausted to be that far out. These guys had a ton of fun though. That shit would be absolutely impossible to do today on a big time radio show. They'd have to go underground internet radio and even then, there'd be a whole lot of loops to negotiate for this to be aired at all. Incredible. Love Patrice. What a dude.

Its funny that most women that are raped are usually raped multiple times 😵... and I had a girlfriend that told me her rape stories which amounted to 4 rapes with 2 by the same guy on different occasions, then while we was together I watched her get so friendly with 2 strangers both guys at a Warehouse where we worked ( which was in uncomfortable watching ur woman's actions as her BF ).... but then 4 hours later she came crying to me saying the guys cornered her in a isle and was both trying to feel up and grab on her... of course I approached the guys and they genuinely apologised to me for they actions but walking away 1 guy said... It's not that weird. Women who don't get raped don't put themselves in situations where it would happen. The other women like the thrill of risk, flirtation, and seduction, and then rejection.
