Why would a rebuilding team want an aging WR on the wrong side of 30 who most definitely would not want to be in NE? 0% chance this would happen. Also, the rumors of this outstanding offer are def coming from NE trying to drive up the price.
@@williamreid6288no I think they’re trading with the Vikings. They’re just grasping at straws trying to start a bidding war. There’s a chance they stay and pick at 3, but I don’t think it’s their preference.
Mazz knows a little about baseball, but absolutely nothing else. And if he were the gm of a baseball team he would run that team into the ground. He would trade every good young prospect for aged stars just like Lou Gorman. He has the worst ideas on how to run a team. He's a funny little clown to be laughed at, nothing more.
@wesmckenna8287 I could make the case bringing in a veteran WR over 30 could and would be good for a young WR room. He doesn't have to break the bank. It would have to be one who is an excellent route runner and a true professional. I personally would not worry about expensive FA WRs until after I have my QB in place. I would draft a WR or two along with my rookie QB and develop them together.
@@osonhouston fair enough. I think Adams would be unhappy on a basement dweller team though. He was pissed on the Raiders and Raiders and they were at least mediocre…
🤦🏻♂️ I don’t care how much volume people want in picks, we need to Draft Maye or Daniel’s, we can easily fill the other positions, y’all want change my mind on that. It is literally the most important position in sports
It's the most important position so let's just rush into drafting whoever is on the board this year after the last guy we rushed into picking didn't work out? Instead of taking the time to make sure the decision is correct?
Tentative trade between pat’s and NYG. If JJ is on the board at 6 NYG will trade JJ, their 2nd and 3rd for Maye. Pats will trade the extra 3rd plus their 2nd to move up ahead of chiefs and bills to Draft WR1. They will draft MI WR R. Wilson at 47. OT in 3rd then MI TE Barner in the later rounds to rub it in.
I don't get teams being more comfortable to take a player at a lower pick in the same round. If I'm not comfortable taking McCarthy for example, at 3, why would I still take him at 9? you are still investing your 1st round pick in him! No thanks! If they decide to forego a QB and trade down in the first round, take another position!
Jonathan Kraft is a nerd who needs to know his place. He was born into daddy's money. He is NOT an nfl scout. He should not be making any football decisions besides the paycheck
He is really starting to sound like a huge problem. I guess we had it great for a while, now we're going to be getting a joke franchise for years to come.
Can we delay the Draft? All this offer baiting, fictitious or real and the reactions are so entertaining. Reactions. 🤣. Keep it going. Reality is only EW and a select few know what's real and what's spin - suspect vast majority of it is the latter. Luv it
If we’re going to “keep it real” Felger than don’t pretend that anyone has suggested that the Patriots would trade #3 for Adams straight up. Why does he always have to be too cute with his language? YOU’RE SLIMY!
Adams is 31. It doesn’t line up with your timetable. If Adams was 27 I’d be like yeah that’s great but he’s a 1 year rental. If the pats stay at 3 and get Maye and Keon coleman that’s is a nasty 1 2 punch cause Coleman is gonna be the steal of the draft imo
Really, 2nds aren't that exciting. A 2nd round pick can be a pretty good player or maybe not even make it. Pretty irrelevant. As Felger is basically saying, if the qb you want for the future is there you take him because you don't get the chance too often. If the Pats can't even figure out whether any of these qbs are good for them then that is a very worrying sign. Are they going to let the Vikings decide what the Patriots do or can they make a grownup decision themselves.
That's a horrible trade. A WR that you are already considering dumping, and who will ask for more money if he does well, and a bunch of picks that won't be in the Top Ten. Take the QB this year, and after we stink this year, trade THAT high pick for a bag of picks.
We used to be the team playing chess while most everyone else was playing checkers. I wonder if we are the ones now playing checkers. Keep it simple and take the QB.
Chicago has no 2nd rounders their next year First would mean nothing since they would have one of the best QB /WR tandems in the league . They can’t move up. Devonte is too old this is nonsense.
The guy screaming yes yes yes like a teenage girl in a shampoo commercial over the idea of trading for an aging WR who will be well into his 30s by the time the team has a franchise QB and is ready to compete, is exactly why I don't listen to these clowns and neither should you.
ya'll keep falling for the media QB hype... smh. They know talking about it gets all the clicks and views and then you all go crying to your social media about how your team should grab one. Patriots have so many holes and one of the worst rosters in the league. This isn't Madden, lol. QB is big, but you also need a good foundation, weapons, culture and a damn offensive line. Everyone thinks their team gonna grab the next Mahomes or Brady and win super bowls with random players every season...
People literally call the show and wine at him every single day no matter how many times the show has been on point about something after the dust settles.
@@donywahlberg sure, some fans call in and whine to him even though he may be right which he is/ they are from time to time and there are more that call in and agree w him and yet he remains the king of whining and whining about 'you people' (the boston fans) ....kudos to him as the ratings are top level ....they are lucky boston pro sports fans crave sports talk just as weei was lucky when the big show was at the top ratings even though they would talk and yell over each other on a regular basis
Jesus, you have no clue what is being offered and you’re screaming “yes yes yes!” Stop. It is logical. You always listen when you’re the 3rd pick. You keep saying “if Peyton Manning was there” but Peyton was a #1. And guess what, he had real questions about him when he came out. They’re ready to pick at 3 and fully committed to do so, but they’ll listen in case someone is dumb and offers 5 first rounders or something. That’s not having it both ways, that’s common sense
What is Mazz saying? You get Davante Adams for one season? Then he can leave. For a season the Pats won’t do much. Then you get some draft picks. Hey, if other NFL teams are so desperate to trade up to take the QB at your choice….maybe that means QB is really good? So take him
Teams did this last year and Bryce Young was one of the worst QBs in the league. The point is the draft is a coin flip whether it's the 7th round or the 1st overall. More coin flips get you more chances at hitting heads or tails.
Considering pats will have a top 3 pick again next year (if not the first) and will likely be able to draft whatever qb they want, if they don’t like maye, I’d say why not.
The 2025 QB class is terrible. Sanders might be the best QB and his camp made it known they will not play for a cold weather team and will pull an Eli Manning move at the draft.
How can you argue with anything Felger is saying???? No team has successfully traded down and drafted a competent starting QB. The Patriots will be like the Vikings having to mortgage the future trying to move up to draft a QB in the future. If they like Maye or Daniels just draft them at #3. No JJ (Zach Wilson 2.0) and please no Penix (Aaron Brooks 2.0).
Stop with all the comparisons its not fair to the players thats 1 an 2 ion know what you watching if it wasnt for his 2 knees that are fine by the way played last year an year before that healthy he would be the second best in this draft so miss us with all that hes the best leader an passer period
