I know there's a video for this performance already posted on youtube but this one has a better audio, hence why I'm posting it.
This performance...wow...I'm not sure if I can find the words...maybe magical and bewitching are fitting words to use to describe it. CHILLS!!!

This song just brings me to tears. My mom, who is resting in heaven, was a big Patti fan and loved to hear her belt out songs like this. This song has gotten me through the deaths of many loved ones. Sing Patti!!!!

j butler I SO AGREE WITH YOU! I was just a little kid watching this with my late Grandmother and remembering wanting to jump out of my skin Patti was electrifying and anointed! What a performance! This is the clearest copy I've seen on RU-vid! Pure magic!

This segment of Going Home to Gospel got me through some of the toughest times of my life! I watched it daily for months! Grateful to GOD for Mrs. Patti Labelles obedience to the Lord in yielding to his will. I wouldn't have made it through, BUT GOD !

I turned this off and went directly to the ORIGINAL. Note: Stick to YOUR matetial. This ain't it, hun! Hollering is NOT singing. I can't even follow the song. Smh
