In my opinion this is the best Paul Eugene workout, especially for those who are over fifty but have kept up their commitment to daily workouts and cross-/training (doing different exercises for different objectives). Paul Eugene keeps up the pace, provides different patterns to engage the whole body, without getting monotonous. His enthusiasm keeps everyone moving. I would say it is a moderate cardio workout, not too strenuous, but not for the lazy.
