The food pyramid is absolute garbage... vegan diets are far to expensive to supplement, and keto diets aren't sustainable for life for most people. Bottom line: caloric deficits, high animal based protein nutrient dense diets with plant based foods that are as close to their naturally existing states as possible ARE the best for people, regardless of the specific protocol used.
Dr paul is right and this is from an over weight woman that has been saved by the Doctors information. Animal based diet for 4 months and feel very health and no more inflammation.
