Appreciate the video Jordan. Gonna give this a try tomorrow! Glad you're feeling better. Hey, if you could do a video on forehands that would be cool. I have really good forehand upshots but if I tee off doing one it usually ends up being a roller 🤬🤬
Anytime and thank you! Let me know how the drill goes, and I have been thinking about doing a video on forehands😅 I’m not quite sure how much knowledge I can give on them because I grew up playing baseball so that has drastically helped my forehands! I want to make a video on them soon tho!
Deep dive in footwork, i see you have your right foot pretty straight,(step before the xstep) is that because you get the lead hip up and a short xstep? If so, i would love i drill, i mess up my footwork all the time😅
Hmm interesting tip. I’ll try it out. My issue is the follow through so maybe this can help. I always on the tee pad start thinking (ok now remember 200 things in the next 1 second lol) this may break it into two parts
Haha 😂 somedays I am the same way on the tee pad.. I will try to remember like 3-5 mental cues and then my brain will just go blank and remember nothing during the throw! Let me know if this drill helps!
I have sort of been doing this, but pausing twice. I pause on the reach back and when in the power pocket. I do this to try to make sure that I am not rounding. I still have issues when trying to speed it up. At least I feel like I am getting closer to being in the right positions.
Yes the rain here lately has been horrible but glad you’re back feeling up to “PAR” haha, yea I know, dad jokes suck. Thanks for the tip tho for real. 👍
