I hope there’s a statue of him on Mandalore. That was such a badass way too go even fighting off the 3 for as long as he could showing no fear and no lack of energy till the end🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 This is the way
He died a warriors death. That's anything a mandalorian could ask for. He even gave clan Vizla a good name. May He be remembered for later foundlings to learn what I means to be a mandalorian. This is the way
Paz was such a badass in this scene. But what bothers me is that he, an absolute brilliant fighter couldnt take out at least one Praethorian guard, while Rey, an untrained padawan at best, took out several of them without suffering so much as a scratch. A baloney sequel trilogy character with zero skill ffs.
Rey is OP we all know lets just accept those movies were lore breaking and move on from it. Theyre doing good stuff with Star Wars now and all the things you could say about the sequels have been said so lets just happily enjoy current Star Wars and be happy theyre salvaging the Sequels as best they can.
Paz took quite a beating in the previous fight. He melted a platoon of those troopers single handedly. I imagine being hit on the beskar still hurts. Plus he was still outnumbered 3 to 1 against close-combat specialists. He could have jetpacked away still but he's just not that guy.
Paz should have kept up the suppressive fire while walking backwards, and Bo should have used her jetpack to do another assisted jump (like she did chasing the rogue droid in the previous episode) to get to the blast door controls quickly, taking full advantage of the cover Paz' automatic weapon was providing for her. Once he was safely on the same side of the doorframe as she was, she could have closed the blast doors and prevented the Imperials from over running their position. Next she could simply shoot the controls to disable the door, further delaying the Imperials from pursuing them. Her and Paz could have caught their breath, then proceed to flip the Imperials the BIRD, as they BOTH complete a tactical withdrawal. It's called "fire and maneuver"... Shouldn't people whose culture is built largely on the profession of arms know this? Surely this basic battlefield tactic would be in their repertoire as professional warriors, right? Asking for a non-Mando friend...
@@strykerror2719 i think he just took way too much damage from all the blasters. Also Praetorians just picked him apart, they were very calculated with excellent teamwork, I think him showing the brute force of trying to choke one was enough, that did him a great justice against them
Damn, he was my favorite mando, mountain of a man and I like that they show his strength during the fight just flinging troopers around. Still I think this guy should have beaten the 3... forgot what those are called, instead needing a Vader-type to take him down.
Praetorians and paz would still died against them he is fighting in melee against three guys with longer reach weapons than his own plus he was probably injured before fighting them
Just to be clear.. those weapons aren't capable of piercing beskar, they were trained to hit his vital points that are exposed, Paz got pierced through the left side of his rib cage, then one Giant slow piercing through his upper left shoulder between the neck and shoulder.. that's the only way you can take out a mandalorian through precise aim
Also another fun fact most of those that made it through the elite guards are well known species called the echani, very skilled at hand to hand combat and melee combat..
@@HollowHighlander To be fair, we don’t see any impale holes or anything, and they *are* electro weapons. It could be a stunning weapon or something to put Paz into a deep sleep sort of state, unlikely yes, but it does exist as a possibility, we’ve seen people survive much worse
Paz was so badass. He died a true hero's death. The Praetorians could have followed the team, but he gave them enough time that they could lose the Praetorians.
A beautiful death. I really admired his character in the series. Semper Fi, Paz. Some of us are more than familiar with your chosen path. THIS- IS the way…
@@tamaskosa4456 yea man. One of my craziest theory is that Din is the spy. No evidence at all other than the fact moff Gideon chose to capture din instead of just killing him then and there. Because Din doesn't really have any use to moff Gideon at that moment, he doesn't have the dark sabre, grogu is independent enough to not need to rely on din if grogu stays with the other Mandos. Is really banking on that fact that bo katan really has feelings for Din? So in my eyes there was no reason to keep din alive and it would have been better to destroy their morale by killing him then and there. Unless... He was secretly working for moff. Goes without staying this is SUPER out there in terms of theories. But just a fun thought hahaha
I believe red guards in general don't just come from the sequels, no? Like, they were present in The Force Unleashed which isn't canon but was a thing way before the sequels iirc.
The guy fought an army knowing he had a high chance to never see his son again all to bring a brighter future of hope to his brothers. He beat that army. then, armed with a knife he was forced to fight three armored mandalorian killers with lightsabers. He fought like a badass, sadly meeting his demise. It disgusted me to see the dishonor in how the red guard slaps Paz away once he dies.
Yeah, just gang up on a guy who just fought off an entire platoon by himself and then proceed to act like ya'll did something. These Praetorian Guards are about to get a mudhole stomped into them next season.
splendid sequence. We observe the superb work of the manalorians against the simple troopers. with the Praetorian Guards, elite soldiers, it is more difficult. Paz Vizsla devotes himself and sacrifices himself to protect his escaping comrades. He only has a shield and a dagger, paltry weapons compared to those of the preotiren guards. In addition, his armor does not protect him against the weapons of the Praetorian guards and there are 3 of them to counter him. the 3 guards tactic is unstoppable They surround Paz Vizsla 2:00: the first time they force him to dismount 2:02 they take advantage of this to hurt him for the first time 2:05 then a sword pierces his armor, he can no longer defend himself 2:08: they force him to dismount 2:10: This is the final blow in the back. I remember the courage and dedication of Paz Vizsla
the this is what every true mandalorian like to die in combat, a true battle even he knew he cant kill them but he has earned his honor and now can have a good death....
He redemed clan Vizla in my eyes since the other time we saw them well it was in the clone wars and it didnt go exactly well althougth althougth Pre Viszla accepted his own dead
Yea they are. Always were. They almost managed to defeat two highly powerful force users in TLJ. Also, Rey wasn’t a green horn. She was established as an experienced fighter.
_Spoiled much?_ I didn't even watch your video. The description/title was enough. I suppose that's what I get for being online before watching the show. 😒
