I recommend boiling down whatever liquid you plan on using into a syrup and then incorporating the liquid in that way. Pepsi turns into an impressive sludge, let me tell you.

You could also make a Peepsi reduction. Or a reduction of other liquids when making a liquid based sausage.

For the liquid sasuages, try to marinate the meat in what you are trying to make the sausage out of for a night so the meat takes on the flavor and you don't have to worry about the liquid leaking out.

You know what I'll never be able to unhear? Thick peepsi. I never wanted to hear the words "thick peepsi" in my life and now I've heard the words "thick peepsi" about half a dozen times.

I have seen many horrible things that trigger the worst of gag reflexes, that have never affected me. But this... thicc peepsi... will haunt my nightmares, haunt my dreams, and appear in my day-to-day delusions as the epitome of horror, pain, and disgust.

For liquid sausages you should dehydrate the meat then rehydrate it with a mixture of whatever liquid and beef/pork stock

FYI, They make stuff called Thickit and it literally just thickens ANYTHING and you can go anywhere between heavy cream viscosity to straight up pudding. You can make water thick if you want. So you don't have to cook it with corn starch if you don't want to

Every couple of years, my mom gives me some Peeps on Easter. And it's always been just long enough that I've forgotten how awful peeps are, so I eat them and instantly regret it. And now I find out someone actually tried to make Peeps flavored Pepsi, which honestly is the only way I can imagine to make Pepsi taste worse than it already does.

Have you considered getting a second rack for your toaster oven? If you put one in the oven above the first rack you can set sausages on the upper rack for better air circulation and skin crisping, then set a small sheet tray on the bottom rack to catch run-off.
